Is this on SP Steam? Or just in general? I have no knowledge of Apple stuff (repeatetly shoots an Apple logo stuck to the wall), but if you're on a Steam game you can press F12. You then have to upload them when you exit the game.
@BOBCAT Some feedback:
-remove that light. it's unnecessary
-go into terrain settings (select terrain > inspector > gear icon) and change material to "built in legacy diffuse" that should get rid of the shiny-ness on the terrain.

@HellFireKoder Oh, I was getting confused. I though I tried it without the ignore floating origin but there's this really annoying glitch that means that half the time I save a mod it doesn't update on the game. It's wierd, and I don't know why it happens.

@Nickasaurus I think maps are a good place to start. Then you can start making interactive parts of the terrain, learn a bit of scripting. Then get into part moddding.
@nathanmikeska I saw in another post that you have rebuild the Mod tools and put them on the website, I was wondering if you updated the map mod tools as well?

A side comment - are the turret scripts included in the old mod tools (i.e for the destroyers)? If so, could someone tell me how to find them? If I dedicated myself, I could proabaly get the rotating functions working by myself. It's just the missile launch and player tracking systems I need.

I'm trying to stop a drastic imbalance. Russia being allowed to have the mountain base would be unfair, as they already have the biggest carrier, all the destroyers, and a whole island group to themselves. The only interactive scenery-embedded turrets on the map are on the destroyers and on Snowstone. If we give you what you want, Russia will own all of them, which is going a bit far. North Korea are your allies, like you said in very large text, therefore to give them it would be to give all turrets to the axis. Also, NATO has two countries against them, fighting a long and a short range war. We need somewhere to go back to and be protected. I hope you see the sense in this.
Snowstone is easily accessible from Yeager by taking off and flying at a bearing of about 355 degrees. Therefore it should probably be ours. Also, I can hack the turrets. The Desert is accessible through Wright, making it logical to give that to Russia. I know it seems that I am taking the island with the cool stuff for ourselves, but it would be very bad to let Russia have the carrier/destroyer group and the cool mountain base. We like turrets too.
