Thanks for your interest. Yeah the cockpit has a long way to go. The engines like the rest of the build are from a blueprint. I have noticed discrepancies between plan drawings so just stuck to the most convincing one I could find. That’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it :) The livery has been done with the new fangled fuselage slicing with this livery in mind and will be fiddly/time consuming as heck to make it plain without just painting the panels white. I’ve noticed a few operators of the type only went for a tail livery so would suffice for a few airlines? @Augusta81
Absolutely terrific I love how many features you can pack into your builds without getting ludicrous with part count! Is the China flag supposed to be reversed on the stbd side? I only noticed as I’m trying to finalise a civil build myself with livery and wanted to see how the experts manage!
Lovely job, used to get these buzzing my house when I was a kid! Overall neat build - I’d avoid using the fuselage cone part for aircraft noses as it never looks right and somewhat spoils the look. There’s issues with the dials constantly spinning - not too sure what the workaround is for fixing that I’m afraid.
Very nice! Are you one of those “new” bronze users who totally didn’t used to have a gold/plat account by any chance!?!? Must say enjoyable build, low part count and doesn’t fly like something out of Star Wars!
Cheers! @wibbley I did mean to spotlight your Condor (I’ve been lucky enough to see them in Peru) when I saw it but been pretty busy lately and got distracted apologies!
Love Gloster, love the meteor! I wouldn’t worry about flaws (I don’t think there’s anything to get upset over) - this is simpleplanes after all, if people want absolute realism they can always get that through a flight sim :)
Bloomin marvellous! Wish I could build this quality when I was bronze - it’s also a rare type so that gets my attention. For a few parts more you can add simple liveries to civi builds but I’m sure you’ll pick this up as you go along!
Looks awesome - the time of day hasn’t helped as it’s v dark though. I take it you’re still tweaking the performance as it seems from the video to roll rather quickly? Promising looking build - I look forward to seeing it!
No way! I’m building something with this particular US Airways livery too as it’s one of my favourites. Neat job here by the looks of it - will try it on pc later.
Quite agree with @ShootsPlanes - nice part savvy civi build. I wouldn’t have used props for engine parts on a turbofan powered build as it just sounds wrong. I get why you used them for aesthetics but unfortunately that sound can’t be toned down. Nice build though I look forward to you next builds!
Really nice flight characteristics nice job. I noticed roll invokes a yaw motion as well - is this a gyro out curiosity? I’ve toyed with them on some of my civi airlines and can’t work out if I like them or not.
You have waaaaay too much time on your hands! =) =)
How did you get the tanker btw?
God bless fuselage slicing!!
Impressive building technique I must say!
Sorry dude I’d only disappoint you - I build far too slowly as I never seem to have the time these days. @Augusta81

+1Is indeed, I can give you a test and you can tell me how VR friendly it is? @WiiMini
Looks great got to check this out later!
+2No idea, I just use the designer view with a livery blueprint at the right scale and adjust to fit around the tail and rudder @BassemT90

I’m by no means an expert but it does prove time consuming. @BassemT90
+2Top job, quite a smart way of depicting passenger windows on an airline!
As a proud owner of a Nokia 3310 I upvote this creation.
+1Distinct Russian feel to it!

+4Yes yes yes!!! Love Blackburn!
+3I thought any general ww2 build does alright on sp? @realSavageMan
+1Cheers! @wibbley I did mean to spotlight your Condor (I’ve been lucky enough to see them in Peru) when I saw it but been pretty busy lately and got distracted apologies!
You’ve lost me there @parkrangerjerry
Lovely job!
Like the seat in the back. That must be for Ivan to mix the pesticides and shove them out the door by hand :)
+1Bloomin’ marvellous!!
Four in four days eh?!? I’m lucky I can do one in four months!
Looks great will try this out later!
I look forward to seeing it, big fan of your civi replicas! @GuianLorenzo
Are these aircraft your building at present?

+1More importantly what plane is that fuselage from?? :)
+1Jolly good!
+1Beautiful looking craft!

+1Thank you always bud! @Trainzo
Surprisingly a rare type on the site.
Man you are quickly turning into one of my favourite builders, this thing looks awesome!!
You’re most kind for spotlighting @RicardoAs1515 once again!

+1Seriously underrated and a most refreshing build from the run of the mill mcdouglasboeingbusFsomethingMEetcetc..... Bravo!
Thank you kindly @Boeing777x Both the 2-11 and 3-11 proposals caught my attention but the 3-11 seemed more ambitious so I cracked on with this one.
Been a while @GhostHTX I hope this means you’ll be building again?
There’s a few issues here but I like this build.
Bloomin marvellous, I particularly like the wing construction v smooth!
Did you keep building this out of interest? Think the fuselage looks promising. Like your profile pic by the way (RM with LMG)
+1Neat idea I must say, shame there’s a modern looking gauge slap bang in the middle of the cockpit but bravo!
+1Glad you do things differently I must say! Your creativity is top notch! @RamboJutter
Damn the Italians made some beautiful aircraft. You’ve done a grand job of capturing that, what a stunner!!
+7Lovely! Snappy looking paint job, I will have to have a spin when I fire up the pc!
Holy cow you’ve done a number on this one, staggering amounts of detail! @WIZARD2017
