BAC Three - Eleven

Here’s a little something I stumbled on whilst making my BAC One-Eleven a while back. That puts a time frame on things if your wondering why there is a lack of 1.11 features. The lettering and stripes down the fuselage were just to much of a pain to get rid of!

Controls

AG 1&2 - engine 1&2
AG 3 - Cabin lighting
AG 8 - Nav lights
(Landing gear also activates landing lights)

Background

BACs proposed Three-Eleven was essentially a wide bodied version of the successful one-Eleven with mid to long range routes in mind.

Banded about the pipe-smoke-filled rooms of BACs design bureau around the late 60s, the proposal never left the drawing board amidst competition, the usual political meddling and domestic carrier indecision. As a result of this being a drawing board replica I’ve given this build generic wide body performance of the period.

Now to get to grips with the new update!

Thank you kindly @Boeing777x Both the 2-11 and 3-11 proposals caught my attention but the 3-11 seemed more ambitious so I cracked on with this one.

Ooooh, I've actually seen this interesting concept quite a few times before. And it's great to finally see this plane on SimplePlanes. Excellent job, bro. ;)
