1)That's not a question: population decides all and massive population generates more possibility that Chinese will use this forum, in fact, lots of Chinese people already using, and they are using English most of times on the forum. But the problem is, machine translate doesn't works for mandarin, and sometimes you'll got an arguement between two native speaker. If you are a mod, you even can't understand who raised voice first. All i see is, they erased all comments and freezed the post. That's enough of course, but isn't that an overshoot?

@SupremeDorian But the problem is, Chinese language (and Korean, Japanese, etc.) is almost impossible to translate using google or other machine translation software, because most of times they got multiple meanings in one word, That will cause a problem when an arguement (i hate it :( ) happen in these languages. You even can't know who raised voice first.
@ThePilotDude German people could learn the English language much easier than Chinese people. The root cause is the difference in basic text format. Chinese language got a meaning for every single pattern and they make words based on piece multiple pattern together. but German or English (or French, Russian, Spanish etc.,) They places meanings to different combinations of patterns. This kinds of difference between two (or more?) languages makes learning harder.
