kN is not correct because crafts are measured in lbs, not ounces. the procedural jet engines have thrust labeld as kN because they're ripped straight from Juno.
I can't wait! And with the new building techniques available in Simpleplanes 2 you can bet EVERY LAST DAMN fantasy aircraft and colorscheme will be recreated for our "strangereal"
Oh, is that was what that was all about? yeah, it's running a little smoother. the older version was starting to feel laggy and having lag coming in and out of window.
@SimplyElegant yeah that's just a mod that as i said opens in game xml and blueprints. It's also built in to the base game, making those blueprints in that website hotlinked in your bio usable. Your point?
@SimplyElegant the hell dude? At what point did I even mention mods other than the blueprint mod?And also fuselage smoothing should be the last step because it makes things much easier to see.
I remember seeing these all the time as a kid. I grew up In Highland/San Bernardino Ca which has a massive aerial fire fighting facility. when we had bad wild fires It was always a treat to go see them get refilled and go out on sorties. I got to watch them from my roof.
@TheBoeingPerson Yes! And then what i like to do is if i find a section of pieces that has a smooth transition, like lets say a section of pieces in between two bulkheads, I'll replace that section with one single piece. that way i can cut the part count. typically this will happen in between the cockpit and nose and the cockpit and tail on a single engine fighter. For instance my North American A-27 Texan I'm working on right now.
I've also been doing this for ten years and i just figured this out btw
@V I think it's BECAUSE you tested SPVR. I just remembered I was a Tester for Simplerockets 2. And honestly it makes sense that they'd spread the wealth around if you know what i mean.
@AndrewGarrison @HuskyDynamics01 hey so the Corncob was actually 4 rows of 7 cylinders, not 9. So if we can stack powerplants onto one drive train, (and from what I comprehend we can) it could still be replicated quite easily.
But I do wonder how a 27 cylinder radial stacks up against a 28 cylinder.

A "powertrain" part that bolts on to either end of the engine that's a gun interupter gear for guns firing through the propeller arc
@AndrewGarrison Also have you ... Well Jundroo as a whole, considered radials supporting connection points for all parts on both ends? This way I could throw a radial in reverse on a plane, Some VERY small wings to act as prop blades on it (early simplerockets 2 style) and make a rotary powered plane such as the DR1 or... crap what was that one French plane that used them.
@HuskyDynamics01 I already asked him... Well I kinda sorta maybe called out the 3 row limit in a microagressive way that may or may not have included a link the the corn cob...
@AndrewGarrison how does that work by the way... V never added that attribute to somplecheats. Is it a value closer to 1 is quicker, or the bigger the value the quicker the response?
@PZLAgencies ok cause what my autism brain comprehended was "I'm being needy." And I because of that i was like... Wat?
@PZLAgencies huh?
@Graingy WHAT THE F* IS A KILOMETER!!!

Also imperial units got us to the moon.
@Graingy Yes. Unfortunately for jets. But rest assured I will be going back and converting the units to the correct form.

@YWDLG I had to uninstall and reinstall it
Me thinks it was an internal prank and we were all collateral
@YWDLG look alive! Looks like the demo is on for real this time!
Ehem this still has radials and not turbines. It is infact not a turbotracker.
@Graingy yeah no shit.
been having a lot of nightmares actually. I think my frontal lobe is FINALLY developing. (30 yo with adhd autism)
No.
@Graingy ...
"Who the hell is Tom Cruise?" Fixed it
Joh'n Droe'
Probably, since once you use a name, no one else can use it.
@SmallNoob No Because the US Government would throw a fit.

Learn how to hotlink and use proper links.
Nothing?
@jamesPLANESii come to think of it we need to put together a guide on building replicas and good looking aircraft in general
UH that's not good for a bunch of reasons...
I remember seeing these all the time as a kid. I grew up In Highland/San Bernardino Ca which has a massive aerial fire fighting facility. when we had bad wild fires It was always a treat to go see them get refilled and go out on sorties. I got to watch them from my roof.
I feel like if there was a chevy nova in 1985 this is what it would look like.

@ComradeBazookaBall knock your crap off.
Oh is that why the site has been so slow!?
There's hope for me yet!!!
Next Demo when? @SupremeDorian
@ChaseRacliot just get a pc!
Does a bear shit in the woods?
@V I think it's BECAUSE you tested SPVR. I just remembered I was a Tester for Simplerockets 2. And honestly it makes sense that they'd spread the wealth around if you know what i mean.
@V I still don't know how in the holy hell you're not a beta tester.
@TheLoadingGorilla I asked my wife.
But I knew it was something along those lines
I inherited a Creality ender 3... come to find out it blew itself up...
@AndrewGarrison What Model was it? The Stinson?

@CarGuy32SP R2800 swap
@CoalMan It's the car my Grandad drove in Nascar
I thought this was a '56 Ford Farlane T-bolt i was gonna loose my shit... Still good build though

You should start an Etsy. I know someone will pay for prints but doesn't have the resources to do it themselves.
Hell @Jundroo should start an etsy.
I don't know why I never received a not about this but... Interesting use of a jet engine...
This is a solid edit of a stock plane.
