Sooo I decided for some reason to open up the HTML on the users page (hahaha big number go brrrrr) and noticed that Platinum has a CSS class defining it as "master".
Going to the stylesheet for this site, it's a massive lump of text.
Like, seriously, big lump.
Idk if this is standard, since I don't really do this stuff, but whatever.
Ctrl+F is a beautiful thing.
Anyways, adding some spaces for readability, this is the relevant part for ranks:
.user-points.noob
{border:1px solid #aaa;
padding:1px 5px}
.user-points.bronze
{color:#fff;
background-color:#786113}
.user-points.silver
{background-color:#797979;
color:#fff}
.user-points.gold
{background-color:#e4b84b;
color:#fff}
.user-points.master
{background:linear-gradient(#111,#444) #333;
border-radius:0;
border:solid 1px #555;
color:#fff;
font-weight:600}
.user-points.dev
{background-color:#08c;
color:#fff}
.user-points.retired-dev
{border:solid 1px #555;
background-color:#202020;
color:#eee}
.user-points.mod
{background-color:#d2322d;
color:#fff}
.user-points.curator
{background:#86d34b;
background-color:#86d34b;
border-radius:.25em;
border:none;
color:#fff}
White ranks are NOOB RANK.
Personally I lost it.
Okay, fine, not that funny, but I think it's funny.
We finally have a definitive name!
It's not mean to call them noobs, because that's what they're classified as.
Literally. Their class is noob.

Basically they already coded the popup it was just hidden only triggered by some javascript that u could just put in the console
@Graingy Korzalaerke gatekept it from his custom userscript so I decided to research further and found a hidden popup in the html code in the aircraft tag modification page (only that page specifically)
