Also worth noting (correct me if I'm wrong as I've only read about this not actually seen it in operation) that trim tabs work by affecting the control surface itself, so trim tab down forces elevator up thus trimming for up. Ps I'm going to have to check I got it the right way round on my last build after this post...
@WarHawk95 ah K, I've tried detachers on props before and it caused havoc, I'm sure I could do it now but it was a nightmare in the past. Tbf there was v little info available on this plane, I'm assuming because only 2 where built in this configuration.
@Tang0five @8bitgamer33 @ChiChiWerx thanks guys, it took a lot of time and effort and more than a ww2 choice curses when the game stuck things together for no apparent reason... :)
@WarHawk95 I did mention that in the text. And what's the point of an ejection system on a build without a detailed cockpit? I put as much detail in as I thought was appropriate for my liking.
@Tessemi I've just tried it on my phone (which isn't particularly happy with this number of parts) and at 10% throttle and flaps down it cruises around at 200ish mph which makes it a doddle to land.
@Tessemi throttle back till it's doing just under 300mph (use airbrakes if you need to) and it floats in for landings, I can do touch and goes on tiny with it, it's fun at slow speed in my opinion anyway, it lands on beast no problem at all (since beast is now half the size of a moon now...)
@Tessemi thanks for the comment but I'm sorry, it flies how I wanted it to, it's stable at all speeds, has a nose high attitude at slow speed with slats deployed and handles smoothly. Yes lift is larger than a scale build would be but I've designed it to be fun and it's a fictional build. As I said in the blerb and subsequent comments, yes the wheels are basic, I cba to build anymore, I can and would have improved on the wheels but I put these on to make it functional.
@BogdanX thanks bog, I know the u/c needed work but I really can't be bothered to do much on here at present, sorry. It's fictional so having ailerons and elevators isn't an issue to me (other deltas have them, Vulcan for instance). I might rework it in the future but not soon. (Overall it seemed a shame not to release it now.)
@natekid2222 thanks :) the things you stated where all for justifiable reasons though (not sure what you mean by wheel door thing), the flaps on aircraft are always down when readying for takeoff (somepeople dont figure out how to put them down on SP before trying to takeoff), the airbrake was so you could have engines on and airbrake deployed, it helps when using it on the refueling mod to control speed, if you have it on the brake button its airbrake or power not both.
@AdlerSteiner what's happening with this then? Or have I entered yet another competition that just falls by the way side. Ps I'm going to post this every month till it is.
@MOPCKOEDNISHE aw this looks so awesome, i used your old tracks mod and they where brilliant but not adjustable enough, this one looks to fit the bill perfectly for 2 builds i have part done already, not wanting to rush you but is there an eta for release?
@WNP78 thanks :) glad you liked it. The twin fins resulted in roll when rudder applied, I was going to cheat and hide 1 the fuselage but never got round to it... my bad. I should have put counter measures on ooops
@EternalDarkness Thanks for the spotlight, comment and upvote, glad you liked it. I do like the new hollow bits for forming intakes etc.
What mods are u using? I found that the screenshot mod caused 100% of my game crashes @OrangeBoardEnterprise
@belugasub thanks :) smooth to look at or smooth to fly?
@Nachog id like to but I enjoy building, more parts equals more detail, 200 parts is too simplistic for my style.
@Tully2001 to quote drax from gotg.. ooo do me do me :)
@Briancat24 Nope, sorry.
@temporaryaccount drag and drop.

@mikoyanster @spiritusraptor thanks for the spotlights

@CRJ900Pilot but the xb45 is ugly :p
@BlackhattAircraft Thanks, I appreciate your support.
@BlackhattAircraft lol well i suppose there is no need to tag you now then =)
@grizzlitn @WarHawk95
@xGeneralFischx I dont like modelling things that are common, I would have built a different vehicle.
@xGeneralFischx battlefield v.
@HalAviationLtd thanks :) how did you find this by the way? It's one of my much older builds
@IanTheCuberGamer one listens when eternal darkness speaks.
@CRJ900Pilot I might make the odd One, I needed these for my latest builds.
@Porkdeath no worries, glad it was of use, can make them simply now with hollow fuselages :)

@BoganBoganTheMan interesting build but why are some of the wheels green?
@natekid2222 ah k, that's because the game doesn't have a sequencer so you have to do it manually, if you link the doors to the wheels they clash.
@LancasterAce probably but I'm not building much at present, I'll give it some consideration though.

@Mumpsy apparently results are here, @AdlerSteiner Thanks, didn't know they had been released as no tags or link ;)
@Mumpsy yeah i nearly missed this months prompt lol
@AdlerSteiner what's happening with this then? Or have I entered yet another competition that just falls by the way side. Ps I'm going to post this every month till it is.
@Diloph Ah ok, thanks, if i can be bothered i might do a re-build but it will be much more detailed =)
@Diloph whats that meant to mean then?
@ThomasRoderick i didnt even know that existed... thanks though. I had even googled staghound variants.
@MOPCKOEDNISHE aw this looks so awesome, i used your old tracks mod and they where brilliant but not adjustable enough, this one looks to fit the bill perfectly for 2 builds i have part done already, not wanting to rush you but is there an eta for release?

@BlackhattAircraft you can probably bookmark it in your browser ;)
@Akhtar04 no worries
@Tang0five well frantic Matty used your build on his video here
@ChiChiWerx :) Thanks, that's what I thought hence not tweaking the flight model, I like the slow speed handling bit, I nearly got it down on tiny.
@jamesplanesii thanks for the spotlight.
Those rear wheels need to be moved wayyy forward, they are usually located just behind com.
@BogdanX go on then boggy I'm intrigued enough to ask, what should I have done with it?
@CptJacobson yep, she's large. I don't think I will put an arrestor hook on this one :)
Swinging wings changes com, add a piston with a weighted block to counter it
@WNP78 I'll leave that for you to work out ;)
Are there any more planes you can use the cockpit and fuselage For?
