@edensk Thanks! I actually think the same thing, and am thinking about some code that has more algebra and goes from x to y when z greater than s etc. I probably won't do that in my let's play videos, just off camera. The code for just this is about two paragraphs long. I made heavy use of the variables system.
I have a bug now. I updated the mod, and deleted the old one, and it gave me this warning when I enabled the new one. This warning never showed up in the last version:
Warning: Mod 'SimplePlanes Multiplayer' attempted to load assembly 'Assets/ModAssessts/SimplePlanesMultiplayer-Assembly-CSharp.dll.bytes' but a different version of assembly 'SimplePlanesMultiplayer-Assembly-CSharp, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' was already loaded by another mod.
@Falkenwut I know... Imagine if I finally completed my Python code that output the right code base on the heading and threshold coordinates, and then Jundroo released a new update called "Navigation".
@jamesPLANESii I'm planning on making a Python script where you input the runway threshold coordinates, specify the heading of the runway, and it spits out the code. But that will take a while.
@klm747klm747 Thanks! There are even more updates than I have publicly announced. There are more rivets, and the four radios can now be increased and decreased with clicks, not toggles. It also loops to 0 when it reaches 200. I'm planning on using this to control which localizer(s) the plane can read. The landing gear (Funky code) is also partially installed.
I have a completely unrelated question:
.
I am working on making a working ILS system using trigonometry, and I am wondering if sin-1 (inverse sin), as well as other trig functions (tan-1, cos-1 etc.) are in the game. I had my information ready, was about to write the code, and then noticed the absence of sin-1, tan-1, cos-1 from the Funky Trees Guide. I'm not sure why these aren't in the game. Can you please help me?
EDIT:
After investigating further I realized asin/acos/atan are that same function, but worded differently.
I'd recommend slightly updating the FT guide to show this (Instead of "The arc-sine of x (degrees), say "The arc-sine (inverse sine) of x (degrees)").
@MOPCKOEDNISHE Oh. I see. Rainbow wings. Well, this was a good mod, and I have used it in many of my builds. I guess I have one last plane using this mod, and then I will stop using it entirely.
When will the funky guide updates go live? I understand you kinda have to write them, explain them, and do other formatting stuff, but I'm just wondering.
@TatsuTheOtaku Thanks! It's a 787-767 blend nose, (four windows), 787 landing gear, 767-737 wings (winglets), and the tail doesn't exist (yet). It's actual name is SWL-120.
New and improved guide:
1. Spend 10 minutes enjoying how easy the new update makes building cockpits.
2. Install some of the new gauges, levers, buttons, and dials, slap on a 10 part custom throttle (Airliners)
3. Enjoy your low-part count and detailed aircraft.

@JohnHorton Thankyou!

The plane used in the video is currently in devlopment, but you can request a tag for when the plane is out.
@bruhmoment99 A lot of coding. This video gives a basic explanation
I'll post more information later.

not for me
You just emulated a normal screen in a VR room, and ran normal SP.
+2@Skylerr That moment when SimplePlanes is almost like Discord
@Skylerr Amazingly, only 300 for the cockpit I think.
VR isn't out yet. VR is 1.12

How did you get the text to curve that way?
Can we please have engine fuel flow variables?

When I release my SWL-120, I would make a Con Air variant, but I need more information. What is the logo? The style of livery?
@MRFOXY09 When I do release it, I'll tag you.

Also thanks for the spotlight!

@klm747klm747 I know - I am going to work on Yeager (and other airports with a heading other than 0) a bit later.

+1VR will be coming in 1.12, 1.11 is the new cockpit features, variables, and fuselage slicing.
