The turrets are remote controlled like on a B-29 so there is 360 degree coverage but on another version that I will upload in the next few days there are two turrets on the tail as well so there is even more coverage. Thanks for the feedback though! @Flash0of0green
Thank you guys! I have two more similar planes almost done and potentially there could be a few more coming. If you like this maybe take a look at some of the fighters I’ve made recently. They are in the same fictional WWII catagory. Thanks again for your comments! @Ethanator3000 @Goingblargh
Decent job on getting the general shape and detail of an F-35. Maybe look more at the proportions of the plane when you build next time. Sometimes it helps me to google the planes diagram so I can make sure everything is in the right place.
Sadly I can’t use XML but I uploaded it now and it’s controls are ever so slightly better. I don’t see why someone would be bothered with taxiing it around though hahaha. Thanks again for your help! @BACconcordepilot
The proportions and angles are fairly off but it still looks decent and if you can manage to take off it flies pretty well. Overall, pretty nice work. I would focus on making the size of all the features (tail, cockpit, etc) to the right scale with the rest. Then I would work on the minor details. Good luck!
I wish I could use that stuff but on both my phone and laptop, I have it downloaded from the AppStore (bad decision) and now if I want to use things like that, I have to purchase it one more time on steam. If I start getting into this game as much as I was a couple months ago, I’ll do that I think. @JohnnyBoythePilot
I’m not sure if this was just part of the design you modelled this after but how come you decided to make the Gatling hubs and rocket pod move? Doesn’t this just make it harder to hit ground targets (I’m assuming it’s made specifically for ground attack)? The build is fantastic though btw!
I just looked through some of your other builds and the way I think your planes will get more attention and upvotes is if you take better pictures of them for uploading. Angle the camera the way I do for my uploads. It really shows off the entire aircraft but is still close enough for people to see how it looks and see the smaller details.
Ahhh nice. I remember you were saying something about the stability on your planes being a little off. One way I fixed the auto roll on some of my planes (like my SU-11) is by making a new wing that is the same size and shape as the ones you currently use and reattach it to the side which is rolling up. I found that it must be a new wing for some reason but it shouldn’t be too hard to reattach it in the same place as the other. I hope this helps! @LeoTanaka2243
Holy hell that stuff is incredible. The fact that you can make stuff by hand almost exactly as good as what you make with an algorithm is pretty incredible. Those who say that your builds are cheating because you couldn’t do that without your code have obviously not realised you could probably do the same without it. The code is just to get rid of the tedious, annoying part @SledDriver
I can see potential in this but a fair bit has to change. I would put the wings much further back and lower on the aircraft (look at pictures of airliners for reference or even take a look at other peoples planes). I would also add windows! Details such as windows make a build feel much more complete. The cockpit could also do with some work but airliner cockpits aren’t that easy. What I do really like about the post is the door you added and the engines!
Check out the first plane I ever posted if you want another good “going the distance” plane. The post I also made for reaching silver is another build for this challenge
Well it’s important to get your CoM right in reference of your CoL and to have your CoL in the centre of the X axis of the plane. If you need help with stability for any planes, tag me in an unlisted post of it and I’ll have a look! @LeoTanaka2243
Pretty cool build. I do think it would benefit from some fuselage and wing details like the outline of control surfaces and such, as well as some bay doors! Still, you made a nice plane though
Whoa I’ve been seeing this thing all day thinking it’s just a successor to someone else’s and I just realised it’s a successor to your own! This is amazing! Great job man, I think you’re gonna add some fine planes to SimplePlanes
Thanks man! You can show your appreciation with an upvote hahaha :D @atzh
+1Sorry but what is sbd? @RamboJutter
+1Oh my goodness this is one hell of a plane. I really wish it was really. It would be awesome to have this as an airfix model
+1This is a really beautiful model you made man! I spent about 30 minutes just taking off, landing, and taxiing with it. A real joy to fly
+1The turrets are remote controlled like on a B-29 so there is 360 degree coverage but on another version that I will upload in the next few days there are two turrets on the tail as well so there is even more coverage. Thanks for the feedback though! @Flash0of0green
+1Really awesome build! I like the extra little details
+1Man this build is awesome!
+1I’m glad you like it that much and if I can I definitely will! @DJS8Corporations
+1This is really incredible! One of the best looking planes I’ve seen today. Fantastic job man👌🏼
+1Pretty neat plane. Maybe make the starting point of the wings a little wider and angle them back a bit.

+1Holy cow this thing is awesome! How did this not get more upvotes??
+1Holy crap this thing is incredible. Amazing job
+1Sadly I can’t use XML but I uploaded it now and it’s controls are ever so slightly better. I don’t see why someone would be bothered with taxiing it around though hahaha. Thanks again for your help! @BACconcordepilot
+1Cheers mate! This helped a lot @BACconcordepilot
+1I really need to download something to mod with hahaha. Thanks for your help! @SledDriver
+1This is incredible! I wish it had been in service with the RAF. It looks great 👌🏼

+1I’m glad I gave you the idea to make that plane. It looks really great! @greasytortle
+1What do you need help with? @Sinacraft

+1What a fabulous build this is

+1Spit on the fake queen

+1I really like this! It’s nice a simple but still good looking and it flies really well. The flaps work great too!
+1I can't fly this plane because it has mods but it looks fantastic! Will there be a non-modded version coming out?
+1Very cool. I’m excited to see more builds like this
+1No problem my man! @FastDan
+1Lol what’s up with the “Coot” comments? Hahaha @laSoul
+1No problem! @TMR9001

+1This is a really cool tank! It somewhat reminds me of both the Matilda Mk I and Mk II
+1Pretty cool build. I do think it would benefit from some fuselage and wing details like the outline of control surfaces and such, as well as some bay doors! Still, you made a nice plane though
+1I used to like making these when I started out as well. Yours looks pretty good
+1Yeah I guess it makes it almost easier to build it in the game but at the same time they also just look so much nicer in my opinion @F104Deathtrap
+1I think this is one of my favourite of your GeeBee collection. Amazing work!
+1Well I have a modded cannon on my pelican build if you wanna take that (it’s not mine so don’t credit me for it) but it might be a bit thin @zerogamer
+1This is a really nice build! Glad to see another British plane built right
+1This is pretty nice. Maybe just change the angle the wings are at and the way the engines look and then it will be perfect! Great job man
+1Whoa I’ve been seeing this thing all day thinking it’s just a successor to someone else’s and I just realised it’s a successor to your own! This is amazing! Great job man, I think you’re gonna add some fine planes to SimplePlanes
+1Dude your planes are so underrated! This thing is a really awesome design. I love the modded guns btw!
+1This is a really good plane! Rather than a trainer though, it seems more suitable for a dedicated attack aircraft taking a role similar to the A-10
+1
