@Jakeharharhar I posted it a few months ago, it's incompleted. But here soon I'm going to announce my starting of the largest and most realistic project I have ever done...
@Mastereldo lmao
The X1 didn't have afterburner, but the X2 did, not sure how it would have worked... You're probably right. They'd tar the deck every day 😂😂
@Mason08 Viprtech Mutineer
CPU: Intel I7
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 8 GB (forgor the name)
RAM: 16 GB
SSD: 500 GB
.
Surprisingly cheap for the specs, only 600 dollars, but I got it on sale for 500 on Amazon
EngieWeeb, I only tag you because this was your suggestion! I'm sorry it isn't 100% quality, but I wanted an easy-er build to do before my next two projects that are gonna be massive lol. These damned engine pods took the longest to do, and I still am not very proud of how they came out, but I hope you enjoy nonetheless!
One might say this title is pretty... obtuse...
.
All jokes aside, this challenge sounds great! Unfortunately I am fairly busy, so have my updoot and spotlight m8!
@Jabuticaba23 I am terribly sorry, life has been crazy lol. I will get onto it asap, in fact, I'm going to have it done by tonight, hopefully. Terribly sorry m8
This is great. Once I complete my current build and catch up on other stuff on this site, I've designed a plane I've been meaning to build for a while
.
Just to make sure: heavy bombers that have mixed propulsion are allowed right? I know you put it in the rules, but I just want to check
@Jabuticaba23 hey no worries man!
Crap. I just noticed that there are successors, I never got the notification lol. Sorry. My life has been crazy lately
This is amazing man!
.
And you are right! The Do 355 was proposed to be able to hold 3 bombs on some variants, 2 on the wings, and one in the bomb bay!
@Kerbango @Nerfaddict thank you guys!!
I got an aviation headset of my own, so I'm starting back flight training this summer in hopes of getting my license by the time I graduate!
This is awesome! I love chinese history so much. I won't go into depth as this site has a tendency to go south pretty quick, but this is awesome! BTW, the flag of the 5 peoples, aka the Beiyang government flag is by far the best one IMO. The red banner and white sun coupled with it mwah! Vexiologist heaven lol
Upvotes for challenges are given by upvoting that number of the person's planes, so if they are given say 20 upvotes, then you upvote 20 of their planes
Damn. You've really inspired me to remake and finish my B-36 Platinum push build XD
.
I've tried at it twice now... I managed to finally do the Farman after like 2 years, so hey, maybe I'll give it a shot
Holy mother of god, I thought this was like 1000-2000 parts, which my android can run, but holy petunia you got it up to 6000 parts?? The cojones on this man. This is beautiful
@Michiganstatepolice ooh okay!! When you publish your plane, given that it is one of those, just explain that in your description in detail and I'll accept it! I make compromises as a simple rulebook cannot define everything
@Dragoranos ofc!!
.
Oh! And the other point I forgot about
Sorry! I didn't notice you had a challenge out. I would normally remove mine to be fair, as yours was posted first, but, mine isn't like yours. Mine emphasizes designing their own plane with categories and it's like my last challenge, whereas yours is Korean War in general
@Dragoranos actually, you are entirely true on a number of levels, but there are things that are incorrect
.
The Sidewinder missile was in development (first generation infrared, very bad and you needed to hold a lock) and the Korean war tested it. Both sides used basic missiles from ships and planes alike to test them. Like I said in the description, the Korean war was more of a proxy war (albeit being a bloody one) used to test technology, much like the Spanish Civil war was
.
However, you are also correct. The MiG 19 and F-104 were second generation fighters, however, they were not developed until 1954, a year after the Korean was. The Korean war saw early transonic aircraft, like the MiG 17, however, were tested and used, even if in limited numbers during this war, and so your point does stand on that bit, but like on my previous challenge, I make tons of exceptions given you can back them up, and preferably with quality. But this challenge is the prop planes of the Second World War, early Turboprops, 1st generation jets, and very very early 2nd generation aircraft. I allow the Guardian because it is the most realistic to missiles of the time, kinda. If you modify the missiles to be more realistic, I am more than happy to grant extra points if it is more realistic. But yes, you are correct. But this challenge is not for gen 3 aircraft
@Kangy y'know you're right 😂
My brain must've been screwed on wrong today lmao
.
I crammed to write this in an hour and published it thinking it was complete enough for me to edit it later. Gonna fix it now lol
Beautiful, bro!
+1@ollielebananiaCFSP damn straight, I'll drink to that
This post wasn't meant to incite drama, I was just curious if it was a serious issue
@Jakeharharhar I posted it a few months ago, it's incompleted. But here soon I'm going to announce my starting of the largest and most realistic project I have ever done...
@jamesPLANESii lmao
@Kangy ah that sucks, I hope he's doing alright
@Mastereldo lmao

+1@DesertRatDavid 😂 all good man!
@DesertRatDavid no no! You're fine. I was just making a joke because it says "angles" instead of "angels" in the title
This car is dope, I tested her!
+1Y'all gotta try this crazy-looking vehicle
Dammit! I got beaten to the first updoot
One might say this title is pretty... obtuse...

All jokes aside, this challenge sounds great! Unfortunately I am fairly busy, so have my updoot and spotlight m8!
@WinsWings true that lmao
@WinsWings okay sweet!
+1.
Yeah sounds good m8! Actually, ironically, my next project after this one is going to be remaking my B-36 😂
I have stuff to do today, so when I get back home, I'll release the results and give out the rewards by tonight or tomorrow
@Jabuticaba23 I am terribly sorry, life has been crazy lol. I will get onto it asap, in fact, I'm going to have it done by tonight, hopefully. Terribly sorry m8

Kidding lol. This is awesome!! Super underrated too!

Upvotes for challenges are given by upvoting that number of the person's planes, so if they are given say 20 upvotes, then you upvote 20 of their planes
@KtaAviation I can help, but what's the issue? Is it because they have too few planes?
Damn. You've really inspired me to remake and finish my B-36 Platinum push build XD

@Kangy also, my speed test is I 100% throttle at 20,000 feet with 0° angle of attack

But in a dive it's fine. I'll clarify though lol
