Could I make two planes for submissions?
The second plane would be the Romanian IAR 80, it did not enter service until 1941, but it was built in 1939, if that is fine with you
@Brayden1981 hmm. yeahhh, it's pretty hard to do lol. it has not worked for me for a bit now. but basically, when you go to hit take screenshot for the third screenshot, like actually TAKING the screenshot, not just getting the camera open, you want to immediately press the button that puts you back into the camera as the previous screenshot was taken
.
If there is even a split second of hesitation, it shuts off. If I had a way to upload videos, I'd show you how
@Brayden1981 When you are taking your third screenshot there is a window where you can press take another for like 0.5 seconds, if you moved fast enough you could in theory have 20 screenshots
A'ight. I think I am going to build something for this immediately after I finish my Cessna sometime soon.
.
Time to go look for a really unique interwar aircraft to replicate
@MetalShaezodoonic what? XD
.
The J58 was not a rocket. It was a turboramjet, one of only a couple that ever existed and the only that was actually put into extensive service. It does not have a rocket in it. It has a small turbojet that powers it to take off, and then once it accelerates, the pressure pushes back the shock cone and then the air is rammed together in the rear of the engine through a new gap that forms when the shock is pushed, which then is injected with fuel and burned, which has more fuel than air, so it uses the immense pressure to combust, which produces an "afterburn" that provides a significant amount of thrust
So let's say I made an O-2 Skymaster a year ago, and I built the Cessna 337D Skymaster, would this still qualify? It's technically the same plane, albeit that the O-2 only has 2 of the 6 seats, the prop hubs are different, and the O-2 has more windows
Hi. For those of who who read this, what should I name this beauty?
.
Also, I am thinking of white with red stripes color scheme and brown interior for the color scheme
Cross section? I don't believe it exists, however RADAR systems do detect a surface by how much is exposed and reflected back. In theory, you could detect an aircraft at any range. The F-22 is 35 miles I believe
In SimplePlanes, yes. But SimplePlanes missiles are so unrealistic it's not even funny. Missiles move at Mach 5, much faster than they move in game, and they can't maneuver more than corrective amounts (5 to 15 degrees at most). The fuel only burns for about 1 second, enough to accelerate, and then it glides to its target
My rebuild is a J-III model, not a D model though. Are you okay with that?
.
The only visual difference is that the engineer station has only 1 seat instead of 2 (my OG build had no cockpit though, my redo will), and there is no nose cannon
You are alive, mate!!
@epiccat1257 did you use low physics?
+1The landing gear only work correctly in high physics

@Brayden1981 I have no YouTube channel
@Brayden1981 nice!! And no lol
@SemedianIndustries ja! This thing is f-ing fantastic, dude! The design is amazing

@Default4, you commented on my last one saying it was my best build so far, what do you think about this one?
Thanks @Aghsan22!!
I have uploaded my build, however, I am waiting on it to become a successor now that I've asked the mods
@MulletMan001 thank you dude!!
@DeezDucks
Hey, mate. Are you okay with making this a predecessor to Walvis' Challenge?

+1@Walvis kk, thx mate
I am going to try and finish up my build by Monday for this challenge
.
What is the deadline, out of curiosity?
@LarryTad sweet! Thanks, man. I've been wanting to cross that one off my list for a bit lol
+1OH. Could I build the Farman F.223.3?
+1.
It was a French heavy bomber that first flew in 1932. 4 engines, and it was MASSIVE for its time
A'ight. I think I am going to build something for this immediately after I finish my Cessna sometime soon.

@Walvis Okay, cool. Thanks!
Also, funny number

+1Are you using wing guns or an actual cannon part? There are two completely different ways to do this depending
+1Thanks! @Bryan5
