This is very much true! Asides from flexing upvotes though, I also feel very proud looking at my amount of downloads. Even though my builds are fairly hard to use, I am quite happy there are a lot who took interest in it and downloaded it.
As a walker/mech builder, the cycle settings for rotators would be so helpful, and would honestly cause me less time when making similar builds. Also, I've also thought about your 2nd suggestion, and for me it would be even cooler if we were able to filter the parts we want to edit, for example: we only want to edit the fuselage parts, so the editor would only select those parts.

If its a big project, then yes a realistic cockpit. If not, then maybe simple cockpits would do, or maybe no cockpit at all XD. I tried doing cockpits, but I guess I'm just not into it that much...

In a forest, if you look for a tree, you will only see the trees. Look deeper and you may find the various creatures, plants, and animals that compose the entire forest.
In summary, you will only see the stuff you want see, and although it isn't wrong, it will make you seem pretty shallow and biased.
@Wibbley I agree. Whenever I go to the hottest sections, I always look for the most unique stuff to upvote. I am a bit bored with replicas that have thousands of parts and can rarely be used in the game due to the part count....
