It is more functional than what I have made before "Mr Bean watching movie ride of doom in SP" I stick all the limbs to the body firmly without any DOFs, fewer model parts, simpler, but I decide to use yours as a new base for my new NPC with firmed pose.

He's so majestic...
I had to make some tweaks, in addition to his rocketpack. Namely, give him buttcheecks, and add some weight to his appendages so he flails around properly (the game does not like having everything's
massScaleset to 0 [or nearly everything]). And a gyro with very light settings, just so I didn't have to monkey for hours with the CoM lolThough most of the time was spent getting the seatbelt straps fitting properly.

EDIT2: Opted to make it a Female variant before uploading, with the same rocketpack, but added some personal refinements to the joint-system (like adding another hinge to the shoulder).
I've affectionately named her JATO Betsy
