I downloaded the maywar mod on my phone, and i just found where the Rattlesnake Raceway is at.
But.. In the Pc version, where Exactly is the coordinate of Spawn point of Rattlesnake Raceway? (I Need it for Summon Point of Ai)

While i Playing With These All Ai, I spotted(and interested) about that they Brakes when i Bumped Behind them. May be Because they're All Drive Depending to the Designated Speed, i guess?

And, if you summon them on Goldprix Raceway(a location of vanilla simpleplanes), They should drive around the map. But if they not working properly(like as you said, ai car doesn't moving), than that means something is going wrong at completely otherwhere. (Because Each Every "Ai Racer" I(currently) Uploaded has Tested So Many Times While i Make them.) Sorry if my incorrect english-texting causing you a missunderstand.
