@45678
The large high-bypass turbofan and turboprop engines in SP are the only engines in the game that give off a whistle or whine that kind of sounds like the whole thing could be turbocharged.
@JED
Thanks! Anything with the Broadsword was screenshots. This is my first intro, and only recently with the X-52 have I started doing Rainier Aerospace/SimplePlanes videos, so I didn't have a ton of footage of all my Rainier Aerospace builds, so I mainly used footage from my QLX-125 and X-52 videos. Everything else was screenshots. But the intro will be updated as time goes on and will include more actual footage, and it will overall become more professional.
@enemyofgod666
It's not a scramjet. I think your thinking of the Boeing X-51 Waverider. The X-52 designation has never been used before, so thats why I used it.
@OrangeBoardEnterprise
The wheel, car engine, and turbofan jet engine are all supposed to make the plane sound like it has turbos and is geared to the prop-fans.
@OrangeBoardEnterprise
Oh ok; then there isn't much I can do to help you with that. Also, your not supposed to control pitch with VTOL; just use default controls to control pitch, roll, yaw, etc... The VTOL/wing tilt acts like flaps; it increases wing lift when the aircraft flies at slower speeds, like landing. Oh and thanks.
Nice! The 3rd X-52 has a similar black paint job as this plane except the canopy is the same as the other X-52's, and the tail is painted blue.

@45678
The only reason that exists is so it gives the plane a bit of a turbo sound since its supposed to have 4 turbos feeding the V12.
@JED
Oh nice.
