I have another tip not involving the rotators but the custom fan inside your engine:
If you set it to maxRpm = 100 it won't go 'transparent' from spinning (if you know what I mean)
A friend of mine once fixed wing flex by connecting the tip of the wing to a pilon and the pilon to the base of the wing and before someone says that it's the same as connecting the tip to anything else, this was the final fix after he tried literally everything else.
