@DeejeX Unfortunately, I don't think this can be done with the default canopy part (since just changing activationGroup to input will not work). I'm afraid you're out of luck here, unless you're able to put it on a rotator or something that could then be activated (though then that would move the windscreen as well I suppose...)

Okay, that's gotta be made-up. It does sound like a cool item though.
calamus was a typical marsh plant that had no advantages... oil for blessing and... assist with mending of the body and... battling numerous medical problems
I don't know about you but those kind of sound like advantages, don't they? If not, then why buy an oil that has no advantages.
Also, your grammar and punctuation is abysmal throughout, and a URL with "buyer-beware" in it is rather unattractive. (And yes I know this is a bot scam, I've already reported it. Just having a bit of fun)
One thing that might work is downloading a different plane with a very low part count, since that will force the game to try and override the existing 2000+ part plane in the editor.
Edit: Someone else made a post on the Steam forum a while back with this issue and I suggested the above and it seemed to work, so hopefully it'll work for you too.
@S1MPL3P1L0T You can navigate to it by showing hidden folders in File Explorer, but the faster way is to just open Run (Windows+R, or right-click on the Start button on the taskbar and select Run), then type in %APPDATA%\..\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimplePlanes\AircraftDesigns and hit OK. Should take you right to the folder.
I mean if you want to complain about Time:Upvote ratio, I spent like three times as long on the tanker version of the Ural 432010, yet the standard cargo version has more than four times the upvotes. Just how it is sometimes.
The only way to "mass delete" things is to go into the game's data folder in File Explorer and start deleting things. The folder you'll need is C:\Users\yourUsername\AppData\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimplePlanes\AircraftDesigns. Don't delete anything with an underscore in front of the name (those are all used by the AI for challenges/races), but other than that you should be able to delete anything you want. (There's a "Restore Stock Planes" button in the main menu - I think under Settings - in case you accidentally delete those too.)
If you're on iOS, or (probably) Android or Mac, I'm afraid you're out of luck since I don't think you can access the appropriate folder using their respective file navigation tools. You'd have to delete them one at a time in-game.
The Convoy Trucks and AA Tanks use a different system for spawning and movement than the escort enemy. They aren't built using in-game parts, and run on their own AI system, so you can't replace them with other builds (same goes for the carriers and destroyers).
I took a look and couldn't figure out how to properly set up the CoL so it would fly stably, but I think at least part of the yaw problem is due to the fact that there is no actual vertical stabilizer "wing". You should be able to hide one inside the existing tail and it'll work fine, and should improve lateral stability significantly.
To fix the wing flexing, select the wing part, open Overload (the button near the bottom right that looks like </>), and change the part type to Wing-2. You might need to resize control surfaces a little after doing this, and you will need to re-attach the wing (the Auto Reconnect button should work fine for this) but this will stop the wing from flexing.
Hmm... I like DDR-SKD, but Aeroflot liveries always look good on an An-2. Also, one I found that you didn't list would be SP-MAX, which I think could look really, really nice as well.
Not a bug with the game, there's something going on with the specific craft. Most likely it's what Flight said: moving parts colliding with one another. If you can't immediately see any damage, the offending parts are likely somewhere inside the craft (if there's custom landing gear, quite possibly there).
Which plane in particular are you having this problem with?
There (currently) isn't a way for parts to display or output their damage level, so unfortunately you can't make anything directly triggered by part damage at the moment.
@Anwar87 @Anwar87 @Anwar87 That would be fantastic if I had a website that had enough content to support more than a few dozen visitors per month, which I don't.
Well, there's a few options. You can fly directly at it while maneuvering to avoid getting flakked, and then unload your weapons on it when you're close enough. You can also try climbing up to stay at the limit of the destroyer's flak range and then just bomb it from high altitude. You may also be able to maneuver to be either directly ahead of or behind the destroyer, so only one gun can shoot at you instead of both, and then make your attack run.
I mean... it's a sandbox game, so there isn't much of a "oh I've completed the game, time to move on" sort of thing. People join sometimes when they buy the game, and leave when they either move on to other stuff or just stop posting.
Honestly the tutorial is so hilariously out of date. The weapon buttons still actually sayFire Guns and Fire Weapons in the screenshots for how to use them.
I played for over five years on iOS and never encountered this, before or after the helicopter update. The control sticks will auto-center when you release your finger/thumb from them. My guess is either you are releasing the controls, or your device thinks you are releasing them (dirty spot on screen, dead spot maybe, etc.), and as such the controls are returning to center.
For adding more detail, I'd recommend looking at other players' builds and see what they do. I know RamboJutter's done a good amount of camo in the past, so I'd recommend checking out some of those builds if you want to do camo yourself.
For Funky Trees, there's always The Guide for general reference, but it usually works better to have a specific purpose in mind and then figure out how to make that work in FT. Just adding funky trees to a plane for the sake of doing it won't produce good results nine times out of ten. I'd also recommend looking at other users' builds for this, though definitely read through the guide first so you can understand some of it.
Because Google (Android) and Apple (iOS) removed modding support from their platforms several years ago due to... legal concerns? Honestly I don't know why. Short version is, the decision was made by Google/Apple, not Jundroo, and they can't do anything to bring it back.
First thing you'd need would be the size of it (13", 20", etc.), then any other features it has (some have DVD or VCR capabilities, others don't). Add those to your web search parameters and maybe you'll come up with something.
Alternatively, it probably has the model number stamped on it somewhere (likely the back). Try looking for that maybe?
Rule of thumb: If it's your creation, you can pretty much do whatever you want with it. If it's someone else's creation (even if only partially), either get their explicit permission or don't do it at all.
In real life flares try to counteract heat-seeking missiles (like the AIM-9 Sidewinder, the basis for SP's Guardian missile) while chaff serves to defend against radar-guided missiles (such as the AIM-120, the basis for SP's Interceptor missile), but in SimplePlanes there's no real difference other than flares look a lot cooler, since all missiles in SP use the same type of guidance.
As a side note, though, the Guardian and Interceptor's different ranges and targeting kind of reflect the difference between heat-seeking and radar-guided missiles, to a certain extent anyway. The Interceptor can achieve a lock at long range and has an internal radar allowing for "fire-and-forget", but has a narrow targeting ring and is ineffective at distances under 2 miles. The Guardian, on the other hand, has a much quicker lock time, larger targeting ring, and can reacquire a lock if lost, but has a maximum range of only 5 miles and does not have its own internal radar.
Well, it's not so much a performance issue directly as it is an issue with how the game is coded. Currently, there's basically up to four color "slots" for a part (Primary, Trims 1-3). All the game has to know is the color (hex code + metallic + smoothness + emissive shading) for each slot, and it knows exactly how to color the part.
Having a custom hand-painting option, on the other hand, would require every part to have its own full UV map, which in itself requires more file size and complexity, as well as forcing the game to render said full UV map on every part that is loaded into the level.
It's not so much as a "this will make the game run slower" issue as it is a "the game engine literally wasn't built to be able to do this" issue.
You didn't set your weather to Clear, did you? (It might also have just changed to clear even if you didn't). Either way, changing it in the settings should bring them back unless there's something funky going on.
Given that you linked directly to their video in the post, I'm rather surprised you didn't know they created it. By not crediting them, and particularly with your pinned comment "My 1st Video", it looks rather like you're trying to pass off their work as your own, which is not what you're doing, right?

Can confirm, this has been around for a while and it's kind of annoying.

@IMULAerospaceIndustries I don't, unfortunately. Should be pretty simple to figure out though;
+2The VTOL exhaust is "tinted" pink by default, so you'll need to counteract this by adjusting the exhaust color value to be more blue-green.
