@SPCWorkshops Apple's policy does not allow the iOS version of the game to support modding, therefore, being jail broken won't change it, since you're still running a version of the game that doesn't support modding.
@Sunnyskies @burgergaming they are not too strong, they're just completely unbalanced.
If I'm making a big heavy truck, no it probably shouldn't go 300mph... but it should be able to climb a small hill, because a big heavy truck should have more torque to move around the extra weight consistently, but less max speed, instead, if I want my truck to climb that hill I need to make it able go 300mph on flat ground, and that's not right... we need a torque option! Maybe torque/HP ratio for balance..?
@Sauce @NathanMikeska Yeah, I just rebuilt my Fine Tuner mod for testing (for Android, and PC to be sure), using the new mod tools and Unity 5.3.4p1, and it worked just fine, though the Fine Tuner doesn't have a map... so I rebuilt the mini Round World mod the same way, and it worked too.
It doesn't seem to be a version problem... but it is best to use the same version as the game, since there's no better way to be sure.
Sounds like you installed the wrong version. The download links in the main post are "old", but technically the last 'official' release, where the scaling is not 'officially' released, but you can grab it here.
@VladCelTroll Don't know how Minecraft does it, never played multiplayer on PC, but there is a simple server executable, which the server host runs, and when possible it will automatically handle all routing with UPnP, so that people simply type in the host address, and connect, whether global or LAN.
I'd say setting up Hamachi, though simple (by the sound of it, I've never used it), is more difficult than running a single executable (host only), and typing an IP address (clients)...
@CaesiciusPlanes @DankDorito Mobile requires much more optimization and modifications to make it compatible.
And even then, some stuff mobile just can't handle.
The game should not be held back because some of you are stuck on mobile.
And running betas to find bugs is much easier when you don't have all the horrible modifications and optimizations to worry about.
Kindly shut your mouths and be patient, developing for mobile is more difficult and takes more time, and as the devs sacrifice themselves optimize and prepare for mobile, Steam users are finding all those terrible bugs that would ruin your device/game.
@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation @DisferGoatz SimplePlanes was first in alpha, and then first released, on PC.
Mobile requires extra optimization and modifications to be compatible.
@MediciAviation243 It isn't made for increasing power, it's made for scaling things... if you really want to make an engine more powerful, but the same size, first scale it up, then turn off scale engine power and scale it back down.
@arcues go to the folder where the Mods folder goes, right-click somewhere (anywhere, pretty much) in that folder, and click "new folder", then name it "Mods".
@AdvancedAeronautics The mod will be released along with a server executable, so anyone can run their own server, and they will have administrator rights on their server, as they set it, and they'll probably be able to define moderators on their specific server, but it'll be up to the server owners to get moderators for their own server.
@BlueCobraplanes as I said in the description, that may work... it is supposed to work like that... but it often doesn't, so I wrote out the directions that I did.
@kukimuki1234 That's how many units the selected part is moved by when you hit one of the buttons next to position x y or z.
Oh, and it stands for "fine nudge", since, ya know... fine tuner... and also the stock game has nudge, but you can't adjust how far, and sometimes it's not fine enough XD <>
@Aviation the only version up with scaling has the option to scale only the selected part, so I'm not sure what the problem is... if you have a previous version installed, perhaps the new version isn't properly overwriting it.
@jfriss that doesn't make the tags belong, except maybe flashback.
Certainly NOT question.
Edit: To be clear, I don't mean to single out this post, loads of people abuse tags and they should stop; it messes up the organization of the history of the forums, but I just commented on this because I had a moment and it caught my eye for some reason.
This is not a question, real announcement, or flashback (unless it brought up a memory for you, but unless it comes with a story of the flashback, the tag doesn't belong).
@HPGBPlanes @TheBoeingEngineer I don't know if it was one of you, but someone put it on the uservoice, and you should vote for it! (if you want it)
And if it was you, you should post a link in the forums so that everyone who wants it can vote for it
Oh, and in case you don't know, to make a clickable link, [clicky text here](link here), so [vote for a torque option!](https://jundroo.uservoice.com/forums/221664-jundroo-games/suggestions/15018156-add-torque-setting-to-car-engines) becomes vote for a torque option!
@KnightOfAraluen I use it on my Kindle Fire HDX, just follow the Android directions (you will need a file browser app, such as ES File explorer, for moving the file) :)
My idea is that we put this link in the "stuff" tab, so that people can properly vote on the ideas (which are organized)... that is what the uservoice is for, after all.
Yes! Several people have suggested it, as did I when the wheels were in beta, but I guess adding torque may be somewhat difficult... still, you should put it on the user voice site so we can vote for it!
@SPCWorkshops Apple's policy does not allow the iOS version of the game to support modding, therefore, being jail broken won't change it, since you're still running a version of the game that doesn't support modding.
@Sunnyskies except it would literally be more efficient to rewrite the entire game at this point.
Yes,
input="LandingGear"

Edit: suggest it on the uservoice?
You trust the devs that the game is not virus... but you don't trust the same devs that the mod tools to make the game 'better' are not virus?
But yeah, you don't need the mod tools for XML...

@Sauce XD.
I should also say... I don't think that's the normal error you get when you're missing the Android SDK... but you'll need it anyway.
You need the Android SDK and you need to tell Unity where it is.
Sounds like you installed the wrong version. The download links in the main post are "old", but technically the last 'official' release, where the scaling is not 'officially' released, but you can grab it here.
This is why I am going to re-revamp my Silver-Blood Devil for better ground attack... MOAR INFERNOS!!!
+2(Edit: because I can't aim)

You can't test inside Unity, you need to plug it into the game every time for testing.
@CaesiciusPlanes you are wasting the devs time, they will be busy dealing with your petty spam instead of working on the mobile update.
You have been awarded a special status within the Fine Tuner mod for it ;)
@CaesiciusPlanes @DankDorito Mobile requires much more optimization and modifications to make it compatible.

Apple's policy won't allow it.

@Niko ah, well that's a good reason :)
@AwesomeDesign717 @Nexus24680 http://lmgtfy.com/?q=Fine+Tuner+SimplePlanes
Maybe use roll input for turning, since it's just a land vehicle? Just a suggestion, maybe you've got a good reason to keep it yaw :)

@drdoom222
@JovianPat Yes, it will be distributed with a server executable, and it works with LAN, and with global.
@DatsunEngineeringCompany For android, follow the directions in the main post, for iOS
@TITIPATWBLU Because of Apple's policy, iOS does not support mods.
@Victor039 with this version, and the "Scale" button+window that it adds :)

@arcues the mod isn't on Steam yet, but the PC or Mac version work with the steam version of SimplePlanes just the same :)

@AndrewGarrison I'm trying to spotlight myself, or someone with more points than me, but it seems you learned to check such data :(

@AntiSphere I haven't heard of it before, but that sounds awful! And if anyone has it, there's always a chance someone else will get it....
I'm not sure what the cause is unfortunately, but if I get some time and figure it out, I'll definitely want to fix it.
Thanks for the bug report.
@KingDeadshot have you tried the directions in the main post? They suggest manually moving the mod file, instead of trying to open it.
@BenkelmansMadScientist sorry, what? You mean the file path? Um, idk, in a file browser? I don't have OSX so I don't know the little details :/
@Vinceinovich @Flightsonic
scale="x,y,z"
*@RMark1 Mac just uses the PC file.
I'll edit the comment to reflect that :)

@HooptieScientist you need this version from the comments ;)
@jfriss that doesn't make the tags belong, except maybe flashback.
