This is my little demonstration of new label part with FT code, you can do so much with it.
The main feature is gun lead calculator made by using modified auto aim FT code.
btw this hud is actually a modified version of this hud.
@Saberyt1
I think I'll do it to the Raptor some day.
And you get the wrong idea about post stall maneuver, yes you'll be stalling all the time because you activate the PSM mode otherwise you stall because of slow speed.
@Astro12
Hmm... I'd say you give yourself score base on the following will be better lol.
- G-limiter make the plane wobble but it's ok, g-limiter is so hard to make it work for a wide range of speed and even I still can't make it fully work.
- Side bays not opening, I assume it's a design choice to save parts.
- It's nice that you get all the FT in variable window so it'll be easier to edit later.
- The main wings airfoil should be flat-bottom or "NACAPROP" if you want less lift because they have better high aoa characteristic, try that now, the difference is night and day!
- The plane CoM could be more backward so it'll be easier to do PSM.
- Tvc could be more sensitive as of now it help just a little in correcting for movement.
- x in PitchRate/x is deg./sec. and it can be easily implement by base on irl values and same goes for other axis, pitch is 20-30, roll is 120-300 depend on the plane (some can easily exceeded 360), yaw is about 20-40.
- In the code you just cut the rate correction after the plane exceed a certain speed which is a nice way to eliminate the high speed wobble but I suggest you to use inverselerp function instead, it gradually increase or decrease those value base on variable (in this case, speed) so it'll be smoother transition for those speed.
That's all.
FT need time to master so keep going!
Make this feature and add that feature eventually you'll have a set of code that work fantastically and only god know how it work lol.
@PapaKernels
True, SP simplified things.
But there is a way to make manually control pitch propeller break when over speed which is quite a pain to fly lol.
@AKBTK
If you connect upper and lower cylinder it'll be stiff and provide no suspension.
It's either because of you landing too hard or it's physic setting.
Quick suggestion :
This plane entire body is made by many many panels so I suggest you to have 3-4 slightly difference shade of silver and randomly paint each panel with one of those colors with random pattern to simulate each panel imperfections.
I tried that myself and it just look more... alive.
This fly like my plane pre-Funky-tree lol.
This plane is a perfect candidate for FT and PSM flight model, it can go PSM easily at low speed with a little bit of help from tvc.
I think this plane could be made more unstable to go PSM easier, just right on the edge of uncontrollable or you can go full blown unstable plane if the FT is right.
Conclusion : This thing really need FT code.
@CC1010
Oh, that's because I hit it right in the weapons bay.
It'll be more spectacular if I hit something else.
@ReinMcDeer
+1Over g alarm?
Pff... what a joke.
There is a g monitor under the hud so I can tell if I'll going to over g myse.........
@CC1010
Nah, it will be just under 1k parts.
@DepressedMan2912
lol.
A forest with planes and jet fuel.
@Astro12
+1lol
That's a lot of Felon.
At first I thought they are all your plane with difference livery.
@Dracul0Anderson
+1I've seen The Sky Crawler but not the whole movie though.

Interior of my SU-57 is almost done.
Soon....
@Saberyt1
idk.
It's still not finish.
@Ilikeacecombat
I don't have that kind of code but I think rate(ammo("Cannon")) will work.
@Dracul0Anderson
+3Nice.
Now take my plane apart to see how it work.
@Dracul0Anderson
It's FT code in the beacon light.
You'll need Overload to modify the code.
@Saberyt1

@Suryansh21
Maybe not, idk.
Nice Funky work.
+1@Saberyt1
No.
I don't really make prop plane anymore.
@WolfHunter9111
+1It close yet it isn't.
Mine emphasized on asymmetry and some touch of white while Crimson does not.
@WhyBreadSoFattning
It has split at trailing edge (it high at the root and drop down at the tip) which I haven't seen before or at least unaware of.
Why horizontal stabilizers shaped like that.
Is there any benefit from that design?
I'm just curious about the design.
@Chillybaconface
+1lol
Please do.
I wanna see your take on the Felon.
@PapaKernels
True, SP simplified things.
But there is a way to make manually control pitch propeller break when over speed which is quite a pain to fly lol.
Manually control collective pitch, that's quite rare.
+1@MrShenanigans
lol
Imagine potato DCS with potato SU-57.
@Sloppz
Why?
lol so many T.
@YSNM
+1GF: Can't fly.
Felon: Will fly you.
Nice trick you using to make covfefe system.
+1For me, I'd move camera and seat a bit back to really showcase the transparent cockpit.
@BlinIndustry
+1Yaw tvc should work too but not as well as good old control surface.
@Mainthedevil
I don't mind that.
This is genius way to simulate fabric body.
+4Nice job.
And it sounds funny when crashed lol.
@Pyrrha
Sure.
But be warned, code might not work well with difference plane without modifying.
This give me iPhone ads vibes.
+3Wow.
I'm so happy to see this video, I really like it.
Not to mention the final picture, it's epiccc.
And I'd love to see Mister Blue in AC lol.
@AKBTK

@Kimmar100
+1Just stack 2 guns.
You can take it apart and see for yourself.
@Kimmar100
Just strobe lights.
@Alisuchanka
+1I think it isn't support as of now.
@oan124
But this one does not use anything Unicode.
It get emojis from Unity default asset deep in the Unity itself.
@FOXLOVER
idk.
I originally want to insert image and end up with this, look at the code because I didn't use text for those emojis.
@AKBTK
What do you mean?
Hard landing always break the landing gear.
Low physic may also break the landing gear.
Cannon is also a tube so...
with a clever plumbing and you've got yourself a refueling probe and over oiled cannon.
@Nerfaddict
+2Just do it.
lol
@BombBoi1822
Oh yes....

3 fps won't stop me from flying this beauty.
This fly like my plane pre-Funky-tree lol.

@Sergio666
+1I'm about to test it very soon.
@Mainthedevil
No, I'm lazy af.
Beside, my interior is very crude.
lol
+1You follow the tutorial to the letter, even vectoring the entire engines.
@XjayIndustrys
Thanks.
