If you want a solid colour then change background-image to background-color (American spellings used).
For example, background-color:red.
There are pre-defined colours, though iirc RGB, Hex, and some other forms I'm not familiar with can also work.
I like firebrick myself. C'est un deeper red.
@EnglishGarden HTML fuckery.
Use inspect on a desktop browser, fine the <body> element and change the background-image URL to the desired picture.
I'm not at all good at this but have been having lots of fun anyways.
@Monarchii How monchi they're apparently adding HMS Warspite to War Thunder.
Not that it's particularly relevant to you (or me, for that matter), but you like that ship so I figured I'd tell you.
Lobotomy talk, whimsy, high brightness thumbnails, the ability to make things look good in few parts (which I am quite envious of, I will admit).
PandaFrog, obviously.
@MosquitowithaMachineGun Stealth jets that actually look like planes... except the B-2.
@hpgbproductions Those are weeb?
@Fiat133 This is a response to your forum, yes? Honestly I'm not religious but at that point that sounds like a message from the divine.
@Monarchii I think what gets me is that the guide is missing information. For example, there's little information as to how part variables work, or what kind they are. Trying to use camera look as an output? No idea. I don't know what kind of output it is, and it brings up errors messages and whatnot. It's weird.
@Monarchii Oh I did, I just yoinked it from the VR wasp.
Issue is, it's some mathy function stuff that I don't understand. Which means I need to understand it to properly do stuff with it. Which means I need to learn how to math again.
These functions were added in game version 1.9.2. These are functions that measure things with respect to time. In particular, the rate and sum functions are the FT equivalent of derivatives (d/dx) and integrals (∫dx), which enables the creation of far advanced inputs. These functions can be greatly useful but most things can be done without them, so do not fret- if your math is on the level to understand derivatives and integrals, then you don’t really need much explanation on what these will do. We're not working with variable expressions, so more of the academic calculus like the power rule is pretty much useless- you will really only be utilizing the practical application of them.
Function Name/Syntax Usage
rate(x) The rate of change of x.
sum(x) The integration of x over time. Time starts from level load (no integration bounds can be specified).
smooth(x, rate) The output follows x, but only at a maximum speed of rate units per second.
PID(target, current, p, i, d) A PID controller with the parameters p, i and d. Read more about PID controllers on Wikipedia. Read a quick beginner's guide on tuning PIDs.
This has become a running commentary of my bitching and moaning. Hopefully someone can extract some mild entertainment from watching me suffer, because I can't.
@Monarchii Oooh wait I know what you're getting at.
No, that's for a blinking light. The type that I'm using is steady, since it needs to be fully on when fully locked. A blinking light blinks when on, while this thing I'm doing is turning it on and off rapidly when the target is locking. Like turning on a switch to turn on a blinking lightbulb, vs manually making the light blink by flipping the switch on and off yourself... except it's some mathy shit handling the switch.
I legitimately hate looking at this.
+1Oh, yeah, forgot to change the red.
I don't think I could handle that...
@Fiat133 Brother.
+1Brother.
Digital Footprint.

@SuperSuperTheSylph Uh, introduction of the Panther?
+1You were born today? Then who was I talking to before?
+1@SuperSuperTheSylph The beginning of the Great Patriotic War.
+1@SuperSuperTheSylph 1939.
+1@TheMouse Yeah, what about it?
+1@V Coward.
+1@SemedianIndustries Sorry I can't age faster
@PlaneFlightX "And I know how to modify it." Gives incredible recess bragging energy I love it
+1Jokes aside that's pretty wicked.
@Monarchii Oh? Was this a post on this account that I missed, or your old one?
+1@TheMouse Here ya go!
+1(Jokes aside this is legitimately kinda unsettling ngl)
Why does a PC player need to do it?
+1Lobotomy talk, whimsy, high brightness thumbnails, the ability to make things look good in few parts (which I am quite envious of, I will admit).
+1PandaFrog, obviously.
Wait where's your Gravatar?
+1So sad it was born without the top tail
+1@TheMouse Hey Mouse, want a new profile picture?
+1:)
Wait why do the orange things look like cheese wheels
+1@Boeing727200F idk what happened in 1925. 100 years ago I guess. Lenin is dead.
+1@Monarchii Behemoth, Leviathan.
+1@Axartar Tested it, seemed to have worked.
+1Nooo my class superiority
+1@LieutenantSOT I see.
+1@sincescarce html is funny
+1@Randomplayer What? What? What? What?
+1@SPsidearm Pardon?
@factpoultry Pardon?

Translation: They wanna draw animal people committing vehicular manslaughter.
+1I'm gonna be blunt. The fuselage looks great, the part the landing gear attaches to looks... less great.
+1@factpoultry I see.
+1@factpoultry What is lua?
+1I absolutely still intend to upload the Archfiend, though! It's not like that one old remaster of someone else's thing I ended up shelving...

The jar
+1@factpoultry lua?
+1@factpoultry idk ask the FT people
+1@SuperSuperTheSylph Oh, no, I was commenting on the fact that the FT guide doesn't actually explain how you write stuff out. Not very helpful.
+1@KSB24 I fear whatever proportions you consider feminine...
+1@KSB24 Those shoulders are wide?
+1@SuperSuperTheSylph relate to what?
+1Alright that was nonsense
+1@griges Already got a functional response, but I suppose I can use that as a study example in trying to learn this allforsaken language.
+1@Fiat133 I care, though I'm generally misanthropic so yeah.
+1What can I say, I'm a judgmental person.
@Fiat133 Something to that effect. The extent, of course, varies significantly.
+1Significantly.
You don't even wanna know what the Detacher Plane 4000 was like...
+1@Monarchii Oh, joy.
+1Man, I should be grateful I'm the one making things unnecessarily interesting in my life.
