As I'm rather on the smaller size (understatement, I'm tiny), I live a rather mobile life catching winds to travel the world. Mostly work, talking to people and appointments and whatnot, but plenty of sightseeing too.
Mars's economy is primarily information and industrialized, automated manufacturing. No in-between.

An embassy might be permitted, if you have a worthwhile organization they find tolerable, but I wouldn't hold your breath. We've been fairly isolationist since the fall of the USSR.
