Also, I do vent. But I just swear 75% of the time, and sound mad. It makes me feel better than me throwing a chair across the abyss. Don't worry, I don't do that :v
@RB107 yep, it's just an if, and nah you're all good. People around me irl just cause me immense amount of stress. My mom even noticed that my white hairs are spreading, she said it's probably because of stress. So whenever someone notices my white hairs, I just joke around saying "Oh yeah, that's stress. Don't mind it"
Generally, it's music. Whatever genre. And if I'm mad at you in person, I WILL ignore you and pretend you don't exist, matter of fact, I actually do those irl. That's my way to save myself against immense amount of stress
Okay, my actual real answer depends on what the issue is, but it's usually to vent to friends, talk to my partner, wrap myself in a blanket and cry, or just sleep.
When I'm extremely bad I try to just sleep because I get horrible bouts of disassociation and anxiety, to a point it feels like life is no longer real and everyone I know secretly hates me.
And yes, I do actually just sit in my chair and doomscroll YT because I have no mental capacity
I don’t really handle it, I just watch it happen and keep living. Usually I just indulge in escapism. Although my mental state is so demoralized at this point there’s not really a bad mood for me just more of the same although I feel so up and down it’s a hard to make up my mind about my feelings
Life has been feeling like sort of a disappointing immersive movie
Sleep, exercise, and proper dieting helps a lot
(Dieting is just eating healthier, like maybe an apple and a sandwich instead of a bag of Cheetos. Drink water too, hydration is important. )
Also happiness is a direction, not a destination.

listen to music and read random wikipedia articles
and if it gets too bad i'll scream into a pillow for 10 minutes straight, it really helps
