@Boeing727200F The standard was for two-way service. Normal stuff, the like. The 2m gauge was for larger, heavier loads. Stuff you can't fit on a standard gauge line. It was for large-piece shipments only (unless schedule otherwise clear), so could afford to only have one track. We wanted closer to 3m, but again, funding. That was many decades ago, of course. The next headquarters got better infrastructure as we had greater funds when constructing it.
The original Yukon HQ still has some large storage vaults, but is otherwise a rotting ghost town (see end scene of TCsoSBKwsiton) The 2m gauge rail is maintained for access in case something heavy needs to be removed. It is problematic when sabotaged as it necessitates repair, if only for the rare cases it's used.
@Boeing727200F Two standard, one broad (2m). 2m wasn't considered ideal, but budgetary constraints forced our hand.
We are and aircraft company, after all, so if it was really an issue we could probably just fly it.
Still happening, unfortunately.
@rexzion While it can give the game structure (because otherwise this game gets boring AF), if it leads nowhere or builds to nothing it can feel a bit odd.
@Boeing727200F There is no such thing as free, merely not being whatever the hell the US does.
Whatever trains you're talking about they can stay. Trains are awesome.
... Most of the time.

For anyone looking back, this was in reaction to the 2024 US election results and the return of fascism.
Always punch a fascist, there's little excuse not to.
Much like a cat brings dead mice to its owner (sorry @TheMouse), Graingy is going to bring a state to Canada for tolerating us for so long. You will be Canada Minor and you will like it!
@TheUltimatePlaneLover On the bright side, at least you've just purchased a fleet of some of the best stunt planes ever built.
Sure, they don't do cobras or flat spins, but the turning circle is great.
@MosquitowithaMachineGun Where is that? Is that a continent?
Graingy's operations in the Tumour have as of yet been largely constrained to the Garrison Archipelago.
Cobrastan, Cobrastan...
+1@LunarEclipseSP was that yours, or am I misremembering? It's been a while since that name has crossed my mind.
Are there more of these since I last saw this?
@RepublicofWrightIsles Why not?

This is a public forum.
If this were an unlisted that'd be a different story.
@keiyronelleavgeek566 what walls?
You have made multiple spelling errors in these posts.
Turn down the giant text too, would you? It's excessive.
@MosquitowithaMachineGun I see. Licensing sounds complicated. I will pass this up to the Brass, but I am certain no action will be taken.

Not in the slightest.

@TheMouse I am not a cat, fortunately.

@Axartar I got the game on Christmas day 2016. It sounds like I got it soon after you, though how long is unclear.
+1@MosquitowithaMachineGun Where is that? Is that a continent?

@keiyronelleavgeek566 Well, maybe get tickets and see it in person. A live show is always unique. Who knows what could happen.
@TheUltimatePlaneLover Make sure the pilots are properly qualified for those things, yeah? Those g-forces are deadly.
@Axartar What date?
@MosquitowithaMachineGun of?
