Yeah I think I dealt with someone like that earlier. Maybe not that specific type of machine but they kept missiling people (even after I warned them) so I kicked them. Suddenly the lag improved enormously.

They thought they needed to own SP to make one, I told them that was false, nor that the only reason to have an account was to post craft.
