    You are most kind. Im a lot less prolific these days too. I guess two nippers, and full time employment do that to you. Im currently working on another biplane for the ww1 challenge, a sports car (because why not?) and an entry to Adlersteiners Luftwaffe Challenge. But the big man upstairs only knows when any of it will get finished. Tag me on your Scimitar, I’d love to see her! @Tang0five

    Its ok. You made good points. I knew about the canopy hood - early mk1 Spits had the smaller hood too. I didnt know about the exhausts, though. Every days a school day! @WarHawk95

    Right. Someones going to have to explain this to me. This must be a young guys thing that us old guys dont get.
    Someone takes my Spit, chops out the cockpit, removes most of the details, repaints it and gets more downloads and upvotes than the original.

    I also find it frustrating to fine tune the angle on rotators etc. Is like the slider jumps a little each time I take my finger off. Although this might be a flaw indicative of the Apple touch screen, rather than something Jundroo can actually fix. I think the ability to physically type in the angle, speed, etc would fix a lot of issues. @jamesPLANESii

    Roundels. Warpaint. Right-oh old bean. I was considering making this one an Aussie or Kiwi; you know, some colonial type...

    As for keeping her flying and not crashing in a large fire ball, well, the secret is to have an articulating rotor head and just enough gyro stabilisation so that it dampens my ham fisted piloting, but doesnt completely immobilise her. That and swearing. Lots of swearing. @Tang0five

    Whats the «in» group? Seriously, Ive been around here for 18 months or so and I cant say that Ive ever seen it, heard it or experienced it. I have, however met a bunch of sterling chaps whom I have come to hold in high esteem. The «in» crowd can go swing for all I care. Whoever they are...     Nah, I think I’ll let her be. If you want to make the prop alteration before you test her then great! But if not, no big deal. Her take off performance is marginal, due to her being over her safe take off weight, you see, but her flight performance is ok-ish, once you drop tanks and start using ordinance. I have two more entries in the works, too! Great challenge. @Dimkal

    Seriously, though, my plan was to balance this against my FM-2 Wildcat. It is supposed to roll like that because it needs to roll faster than my Wildcat. The main issue I have with her is that she is almost twice as heavy as an actual Zero. @BogdanX

    @MEERKAT978 I just noticed that this version still has a brace of AGMs mounted to each outer stores point. Please disregard and hit AG7 prior to initiating the take off roll. You will leave the offending guided munitions on the runway.

    Cool. I actually have an armed version too, re engined to have more oomph, and a back story involving the Army Air Corps and the need for a COIN/FAC kite. With 5000hp she is a hoot to fly. Uploading that one now. Story will need to wait.@Mustang51

    Wonderful. Just bloody lovely all round. Well, the model, anyway. The story (one which I was not familiar with) is one of typical post war British stupidity mixed with an exasperating tendency to give the yanks everything they want on a silver plate - type stories. Makes my blood boil, so it does...
