I make a new save every time I add anything. Usually it takes me about 40 saves to get to the end. Most of the time I start overwriting after I get to 29. The cleanup afterwards is a pain, but it beats the alternative.
I feel your pain, and I think it's safe to say that anyone who's taken the time to make a good build has been where you are now.
Never, ever let your concerns about popularity get in the way of your life. If you worry about what people who don't matter think about you then you'll never do anything and you'll regret it.
@Tengam It's your tank and you can build it how you want, but it certainly doesn't have to break. People build bomb thrower cannons every week, some even have working recoil. But if you wanna use missiles or rockets, its up to you. I'd make the rockets for you now, but I dont have SP on my phone.
You will most likely have nose-heavy problems because of the highly positioned engines. Don't worry. You can counter that by angling the leading edge of the horizontal tail downward.
@Mostly I was considering something like that. Attaching a single, small wing hidden inside each bomb offset at slightly different angles could create a realistic WW2 bomb pattern.
I am sorry your friend isn't doing well in school, finishing highschool is a requirement for most jobs in most countries. It's sad that you've decided to take out your frustration on Middle Easterners, though. Not because they need your sympathy, but because its so easy to avoid taking a hard look at yourself and your own decisions. I had a hard time with school and now I have to live with the consequences, I hope your friend changes direction.
Tricycle landing gear (P-38 style) helps. But assuming you're making a tail dragger, there are a few things to remember
1) Keep the cener of mass (red ball) behind the front wheels, the further back, the less it will flip.
2) Don't set the landing gear traction very high. This will let the plane slide a bit more when you hit the brakes and keep the plane from tipping forward.
3)Make sure your tail is the right size. People tend to think small tails are "cool." I don't know why. If your tail is too small you won't have good stability or control at low speeds (like when you're landing).
I recommend against lowering the center of mass, because that will mess with how your plane handles in the air. You can try shortenting the landing gear, but then you have to shorten the prop blades, its a mess.
Realistic wings require a lot of work. Everyone has their own way. The best way for you to learn is to download so highly rated planes, decide qhich ones you like the best and take apart the wings to see how they were made.
With regards to wing flex, you need to XML mod structural wings to allow control surfaces and also "disable collisions."
That being said, many people "fake" the visible wings and hide tiny modded wings inside the plane somewhere.
Very impressive work on the fuselage and wings. Your choice of colors and textures also shows you know what you're doing. My only complaint is that you put the main landing gear in the back of the plane instead of the middle.
His problem is a high center of thrust. Seaplanes put the props up high to keep the waves out. But a high center of thrust pulls your nose down just like a low one pulls the nose up.
Increasing thrust only increases the problem. Increasing lift can eventually help, but only with an absurd amount of it, far more than the plane should need.
To counter this, you need big horizontal tail surfaces and you need to angle them with the leading edge downward by a few degrees. Usually less than 5° is enough, often 1° or 2°.
The other problem is people make the belly of the plane wrong. If the back half of the plane isn't raised out of the water, it will either sink deep into it when you try to take off or it will be so bouyant that it won't sink and instead prevent the plane from nosing up. Obviously you could make a plane with so much lift that it can pull itself up without nosing up at all, but this would be a very slow plane indeed and horribly inefficient.

+1Hmmm. I guess it does. I would expect it to look like that for a higher AoA, but straight on like that does look like trouble. Nice catch!
+1@CaesiciusPlanes @RailfanEthan @diegoavion84 @Minecraftpoweer You guys know the rules. He has to make a PZL M15 BELPHEGOR now.
+1@darkhawk138 I have no idea how to transfer it to another computer. Did you ask mushr0om?
+1@JamesPlanesII You might want to check this out, I know realism is a big feature in your planes, this could be a very powerful tool.
+11 comments?! Thats it? Dang. I wonder who we can ask to get answers?
+1Last time I messed with it, there were three engagement ranges.
+1Never, ever let your concerns about popularity get in the way of your life. If you worry about what people who don't matter think about you then you'll never do anything and you'll regret it.
+1Be strong
+1@minecraftpoweer Time to shine, amigo.

+1Usually people just use bomb throwers for their arty.

+1New scheme is a bit "Xmas" ish, but does look good.
I would google some pylon racers and see what kinds of colors work.
+1@Mattangi2 Indeed. If you are the old Mattangi, it's nice to have you around again.
+1Duly noted. Thanks for the heads-up.

+1@Zoomzoom999 Yes, that is very close to what I'm looking for.
+1@Chancey21 @Minecraftpoweer @Strikefighter04 Thanks guys! I've got an idea cooking and this may just make it possible.
+1@Strikefighter04 That works for booms? I always thought that was just for "ze meesiles."
+1@FastDan We prefer to think of it as a smallish cult.
+1@Strikefighter04 We've got a customer!
+1STILL GOING!
+1@FastDan I'm throwing stones in a glass house, I've only made a handful of things, myself.
+1Steam auto updates everything all the time.

+1Flipping wings in the builder won't create inverse lift. But you can cause a pitch-down effect by angling the leading edge of the wing downward.
+1@Dexa You're too kind!

+1@Awsomur Zero certainly takes the cake for best of '39, but they were little more than flying coffins by '44
+1@Dllama4 Thats crazy. You put some time on that thing. People don't give enough credit to armor and scifi builds.
+1@Dllama4 I am very sorry for your updoots. Perhaps if you zoomed out you'd have gotten less?
+1@DemonSniper8 Dang, when did you go gold?

+1Ask not what SimplePlanes can do for you, but what you can do for SimplePlanes!
+1@bomberhunter121 Yup, Finland had one of the first independant air forces and their swastika roundel pre dates the nazis by decades. Good catch!

You have earned a follower with this one.
+1Move the main landing gear forward, It goes in the middle of the plane, not the back. Otherwise, she looks great!
+1I think I could handle living on one of these for a couple years. :)
+1Very impressive. Looks great and such a tiny part count. You've got skill.
+1Gorgeousness and gorgeousity, like a bird of rarest spun heaven-metal!
+1I heard @RailfanEthan doesn't like competition! XD
+1Bell had some solid ground attack designs back then, definitely under appreciated. Good looking build, congratulations on getting featured!
+1See ya, be safe
+1Nice

+1@RailfanEthan A gigantic armada of super-battleships hidden away in an island fortress, or a bunch of manga bois?
+1@TheRepublicofSimpleLandia Sure thing, good luck with the democracy
+1What's your voicemail like?
+1@FastDan Your preview pix, dude.
