Boeying B-337 skycruiser

NOT A Boeing 377

I was only (heavily) inspired by it.

History:

The Boeying B-337 Skycruiser was build from 1950 to 1954. A total of 46 skycruisers were build. Although the skycruiser was luxury it wasn’t very popular. It was slow and it was very unreliable. Yeager overseas airways (Y.O.A) was the biggest customer with a total of 23 delivered to them.

Specs:

Top speed: 212 knots (244 mph)
Loaded Weight: 55,202 lbs
Empty Weight: 47,891 lbs
Engines: 4 Boeying SR-21 turbo’s

Controls:

The normal controls
1 and VTOL down to retract landing gear
2 and VTOL down to extend flaps
3 landing lights
4 beacon lights
8 for engines
TAKEOFF:
Flaps to 20* (VTOL halfway down) and rotate at 150 mph. (You can rotate from 90 mph but you have the risk of stalling).
LANDING:
Flaps set to full and throttle at 40%. Wait for the front gear to touchdown and than start braking.

Screenshots:

I’m open for feedback.

Enjoy!

@BoeyingOfficial I can help you with the glass nose question; all Russian cold-war era civilian aircraft were designed so that they could be converted to bombers or reconnaissance aircraft in case of war.

And don’t expect a perfect replica. I’m going to make an aircraft that looks similair to the TU-134. @USSR
