@HistoricBirds @HistoricBirds Yeah, I think the K4 was the highpoint of the 109 as well. And the thing about the Spitfire is understandable too. But what about the La-5 or the Yak-3?
@F104Deathtrap nah, its not that i'm to lazy but the 109k4 kinda stands a bit above the other 109s It represents the 109 and for the spitfire I don't know enough about them to put a representetive I could ask pavthepilot sometime but I have to go eat lunch
Some of these options are weirdly specific. You list the 109K4, but Spitfire is just "Spitfire" despite the wide assortment of armament, engine power and even wings used. Also, why no Soviet fighters? Yakovlev and Lavochkin had excellent designs, easily a match for western aircraft. You should probably add at least 2 Soviet birds (and maybe an Italian one?) and restart it.
@JunkyardLeader ikr
The Wildcat didn't get much love at all.
Why not the Stuka? Or B-17?
@F104Deathtrap yes.
@Chancey21 Oh, P-61. Yeah. Thats not there, but he didn't seem interested in night fighters like the ME-410, Beaufighter, Mosquito, Boston, etc.
@Chancey21 ok
I typed p38 by accident @F104Deathtrap @HistoricBirds
@HistoricBirds Understood
@Chancey21 at first it said p38
Yes he did @F104Deathtrap
@F104Deathtrap I dont really do soviet planes
@Chancey21 No, he didn't. Look again.
You forgot P-61
@Jetliner101 Then why comment at all?

@Awsomur Zero certainly takes the cake for best of '39, but they were little more than flying coffins by '44
A6M!
