Apple doesn't allow mods just like it doesn't allow custom hardware. There was a time when they were real innovators but that time was long ago.
BUT DONT WORRY
You can still download modded parts from users who use other operating systems. Before you go asking for specific stuff, consider that you can tear such parts off of planes already uploaded and then use them yourself.
This is a beautiful plane. You've managed to include a lot of detail with very few parts, good for mobile users and pc players alike. My only nitpick is that this is not a Foxbat-P. The nose and belly-mounted missiles seem to be from the Foxbat's cousin, the Mig-31 Foxhound.
Don't let these guys fool you, I got you covered. I wrestled with this same problem for a few of my planes. Most people use VTOL and Trim sliders for their turrets, which is really dumb. You can't aim properly with a slider. So what I did was put all the control surfaces on Activation Group 8 which is on by default, but can be switched off. I also made the flaps controlled by VTOL and I think I made the ailerons trimmable.
TLDR Download this plane, tear the wings off of it and re-use them for whatever you need.(You can actually steer the plane with the sliders, lol) No need to make your plane a successor or anything.
@RamboJutter Well, I figure I owe it to people. Replicas get a bad name around here, considering how often they overshadow the fictional builds. I try to shine a little light on history, hoping someone might learn something, by making planes that look and perform as close to the real thing as I can make them.
My new challenge is to try to make them look good but still run on phones. Mixed results so far.
@TheDepressedPig Thanks! Olds is a little bit too fascinating, almost to the point of being not believable, but his life is well documented and the facts are facts.
@typeZERO Yeah. Google knows I spend a preposterous amount of time on here.(they know everything, right?) So occasionally they stick a new Simple Planes post in my newsfeed. It rarely ever happens, maybe once every few months, but this post was there, right between some depressing political BS and a stupid celebrity gossip thing. I guess it's safe to say it was the best part of the news that day.
Have you modded the engine? I once had serious problems when I changed the mass of a prop engine. The whole plane would violently shudder, teleport short distances, randomly accelerate to thousands of mph and then crash the game. As a result, I try not to change the mass of engines or change the mass of anything to zero.
@InternationalAircraftCompany Some of them were flooded. I'd say that's a considerable bug for a B+B
Worst Fallout bug I ever had was actually from Obsidian. They included a gun that killed you whenever you used it, but it didn't kill you right away, it waited for you to go outside or fast travel. In other words, you could create a whole pile of savegames before you realized you were just waiting to die and basically had to restart from the beginning.
My favorite Bethesda bug was the inside-out bug from Fallout 3. Objects would turn inside-out, the polygon sides would extend infinitely, creating something that looks a lot like this that took up the entire sky and most of the land even when it was miles away.
Ancient people don't get enough credit. When I see clowns on the "History" channel talking about how aliens made the pyramids in Egypt and Central America, it makes me want to puke. Can you imagine how pissed off you'd be if you and everyone else in your city spent half a lifetime building monuments that could outlast millennia only to have people in the future so dumb and lazy that they couldn't believe anyone had the motivation and skill to build them in the first place?
EDIT- Not directing this at anyone here. Just a rant.Also, the History chan is a joke.
@TheRepublicofSimpleLandia Sure thing, good luck with the democracy
+1Please re-label this as roleplay and not announcement
I prefer the Mitsubishi 0 SEN
What's your voicemail like?
+1I am rating this 4 out of 5 Khruschevs
Good job, comrade!
@FastDan Your preview pix, dude.
+1"God dangit, Jim. Pull over and ask for directions, we're lost."
"We aint lost, we're in space. I know we're in space, that means we aint lost!"
Смерть фашизму! За Родину!
How do you build stuff so fast, and why doesn't this have 60 upvotes?
WHOA! Two Soviet classics in a week, and this one is really awesome looking! You're on a roll.
@BoeyingOfficial Sure! This is an important piece of history. Plus, my wife is a huge fan of the C-97.

Same. I was gonna do a B-25H but SpiritusRaptor already made one, sorta.

@Trainzo Thanks!
This thing needs more attention. You clearly have skills and spent time on this bad boy.

+1This thing actually showed up in my Google feed, so I'd say it's making quite an impact.
@ProcessedPlanes Thanks man!
@Chancey21 @ThePrototype @Zandgard Just to be clear, the mod changed the thumbnails, it did not import photos into the builder, right?

In my opinion Mig-3 was the best looking Soviet fighter of the Great Patriotic War and in my opinion, this is the best Mig-3 I've ever seen.

@Tovarishch Da Comrade!
@Murphymotors Rolling is fine, it confuses the missiles!
+1@Zandgard It's true!
@Tovarishch Keep on building
I can't wait to take on the ice base with this baby!
+1@ThePrototype Hahaha
Im desperate, but not that desperate
This is a really cool build. I like it alot and I hope you wont hate me for this.
NATO Reporting names work as follows:
Single syllabe names- Aircraft with props (Bear, Bark, Hind, etc.)
Two-syllable words- jet aircraft (Flogger, Blackjack, Fresco etc)
Bombers always start with a B- Bull, Backfire, Bison
Fighters always start with F- Frogfoot, Fishbed, Fin)
Helicopters get H- Hind, Hip
Transports get C for Cargo- Cossack, Clam, Careless
Anyway, I always thought that was neat.
@ThePrototype Now you have to build one with pistons spinning the props and realistic landing gear.
@Apehorse19 It is a neat little jet. Kind of a cross beteen a F3H-Banshee and an A4-Skyhawk.
@Planefun I wan thinking of Titan, my bad
@armanla777 What will you make next? A Testarossa?
This is a well built car, even crashing it creates a satisfying debris field.
@ThePrototype Sure thing. Rotors make my eyelid twitch, so stressful to get right. Stuff like this impresses me greatly.
You seem to have invented outdoor plumbing.
@WNP78 More of a Newgrange fan, personally.
Those words will take on new meaning when you get older, depending on your life choices.

+4@JaySto You saw the real G-ACSS actually fly? That's pretty awesome.
Jetty McJetFace confirmed.
GAME OVER, MAN!
+2@RailFanEthan You'd better take a look at this.
