This is what you get when you try and turn a passenger coach into a diesel multiple unit from the 1980s.
Trim slider to control the throttle.
Activation groups 1&2 to control the headlights.
When using it in the simpleplanes railway mod, pause the game as soon as it loads or the train might explode.

And while it might look like a British train, its actually designed for the North American loading gauge

    Yeah like some extra windows towards the drivers cab, plug doors instead of sliding doors and extra lights above the emergency door. @Feanor
