You can use this jet I made to easily destroy the defenses at the Ice Base. Landing there will not be easy though. (Oh, I almost forgot to mention there's a water tunnel at the bottom of the base where you can spawn boats and seaplanes etc.)
I do not know how to do the things you want, or if they are possible. But if they are possible, the way to do it is with something called " FunkyTrees "
Sounds weird, I know, but if you run some google searches like " Funkytrees SImpleplanes " you'll get an idea of what's what. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me can help you out here. Good luck.
some of you have seen me post this before, but it will always be true: The key to learning how to build like the masters is to download their work, save it, then tear it apart to see how they work. Bogdanx's planes are an especially good place to start because all his work is mobile friendly, extremely accurate and uses simple tricks to add extra detail with as few parts as possible.
There are also tutorials about how to do specific things like make realistic looking wings, cockpits etc. but before you try to learn that stuff, definitely just tear apart a few good builds and see how they fit together.
@BigBeast Both. The keel acts like a fin to hold you on course and to help split the water to either side of the hull. The rudder steers the ship, but without a keel it just slides around like it's on ice. It's the keel that gives that bite, that sideways traction, that lets the rudder steer more predictably.
@Typhoon_ That's a pretty good pick! I've got my next two picked out already though. I want to release them as a pair, a sort of Messerschmitt vs Spitfire situation.
@BagelPlane Nope! B-36 is an important chunk of history, but there's plenty of people on here who post great Peacemakers. I try to find stuff that has slipped through the cracks, but shouldn't be forgotten.
@Ploper185 Sure thing, it's clear you really put some time in on this. I love how you planned out how it all works with the ducts and bays and equipment, not just believable but practical as well.
How about you spend thousands and thousands of hours helping people out and answering the same questions over and over again and reading people's insulting garbage because you dared suggest they improve part of something. Then, by all means, go around calling people snowflakes. When you've done a tiny fraction of what he has done for people around here, maybe then you'll understand. But I doubt you'll try.
@WarshipDude I'm sure they could just clean off the plugs and stick them back in, but it's still a couple hours of work. Also keep in mind that some planes had as many as 6 of these things.

Fuselage and hollow-fuselage blocks split lengthwise into quarters. With only one adjustable corner that effects the entirety of the two sides it touches (rather than half, like corners do on normal fuselage blocks).
@Aldriech @WereOutOfNamesArentWe You guys should not mislead people about things you aren't sure of. While it is true you can't do this without xml modding, it is certainly possible.
To learn how to make good stuff, you should study good stuff. Look up the highest rated posts of the last couple months, search through them for helicopters. Download and save the choppers then tear them apart to see how they were made.

+4There are 106 miles to Chicago, we have a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

You've discovered my weakness, I cannot not upvote a Hetzer.
Silly Japan, you need sub-chasers to win the war not this enormous thing. Oh well at least she's pretty.
+1@Anay I refuse to answer that question for legal reasons.

+5@blackvultureaeroespace Plus you'd go crazy-fast... for a little while.
+1@superpointlesswhyshouldiDwightShrute Bulletproof as hell
@WrongFlyer Russia and America have a lot more in common than you'd expect.
@rexzion If you get shot down in this thing, the crash is going to be the least of your problems!
+1@rexzion That's true enough, but then what's the point of having unlimited range if you've only got to fly it one way?
@Typhoon thanks for the spotlight

@rexzion That's a good point, it was safe enough to work. The problems would arise if it crashed, and B-36's did crash from time to time.

+1@Zuko Kinda. If not for radiation it wouldn't work. Maximum risk, maximum reward!
@Starbound Yeah. Hopefully we'll figure out something productive to do with fusion.
+4CLICK HERE to learn about how to build boats. Then start installing downward wings in the middle of the bottom of your boats.
@Ploper185 Ok
I hope the company bounces back, my job kinda depends on it!

+3@WarshipDude No, I mean the B-36 had six Wasp Major engines and 4 jet engines. Thats 336 spark plugs total.
@WarshipDude I'm sure they could just clean off the plugs and stick them back in, but it's still a couple hours of work. Also keep in mind that some planes had as many as 6 of these things.

This thing was a nightmare for mechanics, so many moving parts, so much maintenance! But it sure could perform.
@Sm10684 I thought there were more per row
That's a corncob alright! Can you do a DoubleWasp? That's my all-time favorite aero engine.

+1@Brendorkus is correct. You gotta make it pretty if you want clicks.

You have got that shape down perfectly.

You can immediately discern if someone is from the UK by insulting the TSR2 and observing their response.
+7I really think this was MiG Bureau's finest hour and the best fighter of its generation. The Polish roundel looks so cool here.
+1@WarshipDude Same. Thus I made this post so I can look back and see how long it really took.
+1@WarshipDude No one could ever accuse you of inconsistency
@DarthAbhinav We need to develop a new joke
