Railgun is a flawed concept. It's a pure AP gun, in a world where ships need HE to take out naval targets. That "extreme kinetic energy" talk doesn't hold either, as "every action has an equal and opposite reaction". A railgun powerful enough to rip apart another ship via pure impact force would heavily damage a ship firing it due to extreme recoil. Other than that, very nice boat.
@DepressedTortoise 13?! I stopped believing in santa, witches, and god when I was 12. I too had weird depressive thoughts, but I eventually got over it. Made a few religions of my own, for myself, then dumped them, made new ones, actually got a few dumb people to believe in that stuff, dumped that too, and made a philosophy that is my username these days. It takes a while, but you'll get over your own mortality, and will probably take death as just another thing that simply happens. It's useless being afraid of something you can't control. Just find your own philosophy of everything (metaphysics).
It kills all four ships in under 40sec. Nice. You should have reduced deflection angle of elevators though. You are getting elevator stall at full deflection.
@ThePilotDude then you shouldn't have any problems. If you know how to fly a plane, anyway. Wait for it to speed up to 180km/h (110mph), and pull back on the stick until the nose starts to go up. Not all the way, as that may stall elevators and delay takeoff. It should take around 550-650m for takeoff. Real one would take around 800-850m. And only use takeoff flaps. Landing flaps have too much drag. This is a realistically-performing plane.
@BrianAircraftsNew story goes: M.Corp was investing in Africa a lot, and was faced with civil wars and paramilitary formations. Then it made its own armed forces, took most of Africa, rised living standard, took some territory in southeast Europe, and is now one of the leading forces in the world. It's a monarchy, often referred to simply as "The Empire".
At certain speed, wings suddenly gain effectiveness and exit stall. That's probably the cause of pitching up. Also, it might be due to position of cruise thrusters.
@RamboJutter the way is removing excess drag via "dragScale" and "calculateDrag". Then you need much weaker engine to reach the speed. That engine will take more time to beat inertia of the plane.
@Botfinder Maletić is my last name. So, M.Corp is Maletić Corporation.

@Minecraftpoweer Android. I don't have a lot of experience with iOS, but I know Android gives a lot more freedom.
Hey, you are back. With a very cute plane too. :)
@Tully2001 lol, sure.
Sweet beans!
@SledDriver no problem. I know how rare a spotlight is this far up. I guess there's not enough oxygen for them above 100k points.
Obviously inspired by Polikarpov I-16. Nice handling, and usual overpowered guns. I love it.

@Lightsaber70 why upvote this? This suggestion has already been fulfilled.

@Hawkeye156 because Arctos is Greek for bear.
@DeathStalker627 no problem.
@BurkeEnterprise and in Africa, Siberia, and a few other inhospitable places.
@8bitgamer33 if you are playing on PC, use "mouse as joystick". Right click.
@8bitgamer33 don't pull up all the way. You are stalling elevators. They need more speed to be effective at full deflection.
It looks amazing. I can't imagine a plane detailed enough to have that engine.

@ChiChiWerx thanks.
@ThePilotDude did you use flaps?
@KerlonceauxIndustries An-12, to be more precise.
@CSP27 @Blue0Bull thanks.
@Planefun I'm never making replicas. Even if I decide to go for something that big, it'll be my own take on a concept.
@CSP27 @Sonicandknuckles @goboygo1 it's up. There's a link at the bottom of the post.
@Planefun A ripoff of Il-76 is more likely. You could say I'm biased towards Russian side.

@Dllama4 if it beats the current one, I might use it.
@GeneralOliverVonBismarck as you can see, the name has been found. It's Greek for bear.
@RailfanEthan nah, definitely not that.
@Roswell @Razor3278 thanks guys.
@CSP27 thanks.
@Carbonfox1 nice idea, but I already have an Albatross.
@Awsomur but why? It's easy to make, and make news look more legit.
Hey, where's the interview with a great builder?
@Minecraftpoweer I'm glad to hear that it worked.
Congratulations.
There are a few things you can do, which are in my bookmarks on laptop. Remind me to give them to you in a few hours.
At certain speed, wings suddenly gain effectiveness and exit stall. That's probably the cause of pitching up. Also, it might be due to position of cruise thrusters.
@RamboJutter optimally, you'll do it on the first part you place. Then just right click copy it to make the rest of the plane. That's how I do it.
@RamboJutter the way is removing excess drag via "dragScale" and "calculateDrag". Then you need much weaker engine to reach the speed. That engine will take more time to beat inertia of the plane.
Nice work. It looks good and flies well. But maybe install a weaker engine and remove some drag? It accelerates like a rocket.
Very cute :)
@Dllama4 sure you can. Just not on the first try. It took me two years and around fifty scrapped attempts.
@Dllama4 that was fast. Thanks :)
You may also want to use a gyroscope to keep it stable until aerodynamic surfaces become effective.
Your CoM must be in line with CoT. Incase of space shuttle, CoT must be directly below CoM, with very little margin for offset.
@Sgtk no problem.
@Tully2001 no problem.
