@EpicAerodynamics005 thanks! the best thing i could do to make this mobile friendly (without investing too much time) is to replace the entire track mechanism into a wheel based ones. Even then, it would only reduce the part count to around 550 parts. thats hardly mobile friendly at all. sorry mate.
@IStoleYourMeme below 150 parts. ideally, I'd also ask you to only use 7 wings too but you dont have to. You can build it however you want and I'll just edit it to make it AI friendly.

I dont understand how this works (mainly because I didnt make it and its all nudged together) but how do I power this to I need to add VTOL nozzles or I just edit the rotation of the rotator at the bottom?

fly in the area in front of the snowstone sam launchers.. fly up and down or tease the launchers a bit.. in my game, i've unlocked Featherfall, yeti assault at the same time
@Flightsonic yes, i tried that.. but it leads to the engine being too powerful. if you tweak it to have enough power that it would not break his tracks you'll end up with a wall.e that could only run upto 4mph
@SpiritusRaptor thanks! I built 3 different tracks for this one and scrap them in favor of your tracks because it is the easiest to adjust the rotation and length of each parts. Thank you for that.
@shawGC here. That is the unscaled version of Wall-e's tracks. the track subs on the right and the VTOL ports I used to give wall-e tank like maneuvers. If you want to use them, you should attach them in the same orientation.

inferno cannon + black napalm upgrade firing on chokepoints is a fool proof method of defending yourself from Brutal AI. you pair them with nuke cannon and you have a base that cannot be penetrated by land invasions

@Toymaker in my gundam, I hid lots of wings in the legs by nudging them.
The "wings" that you are seeing in its back is actually just a canard. This canard controls the robot's roll controls
