or you could sorta do a worse version of a PID where the for a downwards facing engine input = Amplitude*rate(altitude) where you could always using a logarithmic or diminishing aspect to stop it going haywire like atan or log
idk too well, but in theory with a PID(a,b,c,d,e) and some clever picking you could sorta have it hover wherever or an adjustable height using something like PID((clamp01(VTOL)*altitude,altitude,c,d,e)
I mean, dont get me wrong the situation occurring irl is awful, but on a plane site, a vast amount of these killing machines were used to commit heinous acts. The fact they bear an insignia from a country or group whether or not they were 'good' or 'bad' does not change the fact that most planes were used to kill anyway. To ban a country or group would just sort of defeat half of the point of uploading military planes anyway

@Monarchii in all honesty, what I did to boost speed was just to increase rotator speed, add more propellors, or it might be worth having a look into what affects the lift generated by wings, if dragScale does, then increase that
Onion. cook, stew, fry, them, they work in literally every dish, and are the foundation of literally every dish, on top of that they're cheap as all hell, even cheaper than potatoes for me right now like 65p for 1kg.
@Monarchii I stole one from someone like 5 years ago and used it on a sub i built, which works, they work using insanely fast rotators, and using angled wings to generate thrust, also since you need them to not screw with your movement, you need even numbers of them going opposite directions on opposite sides of the craft
The ai ones for me always opt to spawn mid-air and then kamikaze towards any runway, i cannot count the amount of times I was testing joint movement idly and get obliterated
over a week, based on the highest amount of upvotes rn, there has to be over 60 active-ish users, also id imagine a bunch of them dont really upvote stuff so its probably about 150 or so accounts regularly
@OrangeConnor2 the legs right now are too thin, and while the walk cycle is realistic, the actual body doesn’t follow through with the rest of it, so it’s even more uncanny, plus the face is wrong, idk though, that’s my guess
might redo the hip a little to help even out the walk cycle, I reckon like one more clamp01(sin(x)) wave will fix it. Also gotta sort out ankle joint and make the other leg offset perfectly

@32 the uk, lbs and ounces are gross and a rarity, only occasionally used in baby weights thankfully that’s dying out, but like all the signs and cars use mph. But like idk if I’m measuring smth or walking somewhere I’ll prob use km or m
upon about an hour of xml editing and gently trying not to break things while getting distracted, the arms have dropped around 2.25k lbs each, so a total of 4.5k
@jamesPLANESii wow thats pretty cool, i never thought of that, but with the hands ive got right now, theyre so prone to connecting to anything and everything, i think ill bite the bullet and just do it manually, tysm
@overlord5453 I found that out, it kept just reconnecting to random parts, disconnecting from random parts, aggravating. and ah. manually. right. not ideal, but doable
