You say that like there’s just some “upgrade” button the deve can press to make the game better. That’s not how it works; you’ve got to have a way to make it better if you’re going to suggest it:

You can request a name change, but only if you’ve got a really good reason. (e.g. innapropriate name, personal info in name, et al)
