This is a destroyer and it is quite armored for a destroyer. Some destroyers have no armor at all. And note that it will not let you into close range, it has a good firing range.

you are partially right, this is a 1959 destroyer, two 100 mm guns (rate of fire 2.5 per second per gun). anti-missile defense system - smoke screen and 20 mm miniguns. The anti-ship rockets of this destroyer can fire backwards, they are not necessary should be aimed at the enemy. This ship is intended for a calm ocean area and should not have a high side. Purpose - to protect large ships and patrol the coast. Rocket / anti-aircraft destroyer.
I did a similar thing, just didn't post it. The principle is based on the fact that the guidance system is always directed correctly (in fact, they connected the gyrocompass with the turret)

the turrets have a stabilizer along the roll axis, they generally don't care about the ship's roll.
