Rule
Rule is simple: build something that has / would have more upvotes than downloads. (For example, a creation that has 10 upvotes but only 2 downloads.)
Or you could build something that has more upvotes than the part count itself. (e.g. 5-part creation but 10 upvotes)
To make it fair, I will neither upvote, spotlight, nor download.

The statistics of upvote and download data would be recorded by Feb 25, and I will announce the winners.
Winner and Prize
The winner will be able to ask me to build whatever he/she wants and I will complete it within two weeks. (well I'm busy recently so most likely a month)
