Hey folks. It's been a while since I've posted, and with the new update so much has been added FT-wise for me to do a proper tutorial or explanation yet. I'm also currently studying engineering at college (much of which is to SimplePlanes' credit--thanks Jundroo) and naturally time is not exactly the most available resource.

Anyway, this is an actual calculator. Not one that you need to mess with dials and levers to operate like you did before, but quite literally one where you click on the buttons, just like you'd do in real life. I spent 12 hours over the weekend without sleeping in order to get that stupid video out, so I'm glad many of you enjoyed it.

It's a mere 50 or so parts, and that all boils down to how stupidly easy it is now to add functional displays and input systems. For you FT junkies, this is a big one--I made some extensive use of what I like to call variable-activator loop logic. FT functions on a time step system similar to how Arduinos work, so if you think of the new variables in terms of int loop() it might click. Some of the applications of this concept in this build includes the auto-resetting buttons without the toggle behavior, an input-sensing and data gatherer which is integral to how the calculator is able to actually find the number you typed in. There's quite a bit of stuff in there, but it is relatively simple and I can explain more if you'd like. Just shoot me a message.

Have fun, as always.

    .
To be fair, I am fairly certain I spent more time editing that video than I did building this.
