Ford TT Entaro-Bus

109k pancelvonat  4.9 years ago

Entarou bus is a popular name for bus vehicles introduced by the city of Tokyo as a temporary measure to supplement the traffic function in response to the trams being destroyed by the 1923 Kanto Earthquake. The company that operated the tram at the time purchased 800-1000 Ford TT models from Ford in the United States, and converted them into instant buses by installing simple rooms.

@MrNoobTR A large number of Ford TTs were exported from the U.S. to Japan. They were converted and operated as buses in Japan.
