It's ugly,but complex.

And It can fly is all because its wing,there's no energy to provide the up-power.

    @Tessemi It's esay,you only need to build a rotator between the central rotator and side engineer in each side of central rotator.Then the game's physics would calculate every parts'speed Separately.
