Hi guys! This is the DC-3 I've been working on! It took a very long time to build and I'm proud of it! I previously started working on a DC-3 with an interior, but it just got way too dificult in the very early stages of building. This one includes realistic retracting landing gear, which I'm chuffed about. It's also pretty close to 1x scale too, (a little more than a foot in it), and an almost realistic stall speed. Whatch out when landing as I've made it front heavy to counter act the pitching up effect created by the angle of attack of the top wing on the primary wings. Just try to keep the speed above 100MPH. Speaking of landing, this is how to do it in this. (Because it's difficult.)
HOW TO LAND:
Give yourself a nice long, straight approach.
Start off the approach at about 130MPH. Set your throttle to a comfortable amount so the touch down is at about 110MPH. Should make a nice soft landing that your afraid of flying Nana wouldn't mind.
I didn't bother doing a vote on the forums for what livery I should do, (but now I think of it, I should have), VTOL down for flaps. They work more like actual flaps on this plane somehow, and that's it.

I tweeked the setting a little bit and then i startet the engine realistic. It went well nut after i shutted them down, i wanted to start it up so i pressed shift......... BOOOOOM!!
