Piston Powered Car 3.0

28.4k Sarnnox  5.3 years ago

You are now able to put the throttle above 70% because I've fixed the problem that i had last time.

This car is able to do 40mph on a flat area.

Credit to MethaManAircraft for the engine desing.

AG1 for headlights

Enjoy!

    @Rub3n213
    Nope, it don't. Trust me on this one.
    It's limited by THE GAME, not by single rotators. I think it was that if you spin quicker the game will decrease the value down so the second rotator will never spin up.
    Unless you have some ingenious contraption to spin the second one too...

    It wasn't a car!
    Good try though.
    @sarnox @8bitgamer
    Well, it is because the fact that the piston engine, when having no engine starter, will spin in random directions (especially from the beginning).

    I would've thought you tried some weaker engines (a 4-piston engine would do) like mine have.

    @8bitgamer33 I think the reason why is because the Pistons move the opposite way sometimes

    No idea why this is, but it sometimes goes forwards with VTOL up, and sometimes backwards... Anyway, nice car! Loved the engine!

    This is really cool!
    I noticed the main rotating element is fixed to only 1 free moving rotator. I’m pretty sure that if you add more free moving rotators you can get past the speed cap of 1 rotator.

    @MethaManAircraft I gave you a shout-out on both the Piston powered cars 2 and 3. Thanks for the engine anyway :)

    @Sarnnox lowering the speed on the pistons does fix the problems but looses a lot of power... Very nice car though big improvement :)

    @38460 Not really, Its more like a piston engine. But you could think it as an electric motor.
