History

The ADFX-02 Morgan which the South Belka Munitions Factory built was the #2 prototype of the Advanced Dominance Fighter Experimental series. It bore the ace Larry Foulke [callsign Pixy], a soldier among many who defected from the belligerents of the Belkan War and founded the terrorist organization A World With No Boundaries, after the terrorist-seized factory had concurred with surrendering the prototype in exchange for real-flight data. As AWWNB planned to launch the multiple independently targetable V2 nuclear missiles intending to "erase borders," Pixy had a V2 launch controller installed into Morgan and dueled Cipher, who had had Pixy as a wingman. The ADFX-02 crashed as Cipher felled Pixy in their knightlike charge head-on.

How To Fly

Activate1 for Tactical Laser System (TLS) that aims for a selected target enclosed within a half cone zone that stretches upper-front infinitely,
Activate2 for missiles, including conventional missiles (MSL) and Multi-Purpose Burst Missiles (MPBM) from whose "ground zero" the aircraft should keep a distance of at least 90m,
Activate3 for missile jettison,
Activate4 for Electronic Countermeasure (ECM)*,
Activate8 (activated by default) for lights,
and normal flight control.

*: ECM works by pushing the cockpit (or, technically, Flight Computer) away from the fuselage, thus deflecting hostile missiles. Missiles inbound, however, will impact the cockpit, breaking it from the piston that connects it with the fuselage, which leaves all data of consumables (e.g., ammo and fuel) zero and interferes with flight.** Therefore, the ECM (or Activation Group 4) should be deactivated as soon as incoming missiles are in proximity to an area about 200m right behind the fuselage, or the pushed-away cockpit should be submerged otherwise.
**: To furthermore prevent this, the player should commence a TLS counter ASAP during the time-lapse during which the hostile missiles travel astray, whereas a missile counterattack is deprecated because missiles loaded are no match for even SimplePlanes original missiles.

    interesting idea for making a towed missile decoy. i might try it out in a new build and figure out if there's way to make the flight computer block completely damage-proof.

    @TRD Yeah pushing the cockpit back makes missiles unable to hit the aircraft unless the enemy fires head-on, just as it does in the original game. (This build, however, doesn't prevent the cockpit from being broken off by missile impact.)
