It's a fully working swashplate with both cyclic and collective pitch.

VTOL up and down for collective pitch.

Also if you want to take off the swashplate without breaking the mechanisms take it by the red rod, and remember when using it
make sure you didn't accidentally move or detach the green parts.
if you do the whole mechanism will be broken.

    you have to make the blades and propulsion for yourself
    if i made it with blades and propulsion people won't even bother to change them and it would be oversaturated really quickly

    I think this is the most expedient design on the site I've seen. I never really got into helicopter design, but if I did I would use your design.
