I was able to do it because i teleported inside, when it activated i teleported outside. Missiles aren't really effective, so use guns or cannons, like in your Wyvern or my Spearshark MKIII.

I just crash into the opening then I respawn inside the pyramid.
The hard part is takeoff in that confined space without losing any part of your craft otherwise the Easter egg won't trigger.

Try flying VTOL from outside into the pyramid and hover in there for a while.
The trick is don't lose any parts, at least that work for me.
