However, how do I pay for the PC version? I don't have a credit card.
Is there an option to pay it from my phone's SIM card? If not, what are the alternatives?

I think you need a credit card unless you have steam, if you have steam just go to the store and buy a 15$ steam gift card and use it...

Oh my.. this is my first post ever since I "quit" SP. First things first, do you have a steam account? If you have then that's great. Simply go to any game shop that sells steam gift cards and buy one. If you don't have enough money, save up or ask your parents to buy you one.
If you live in Cebu, go to Ayala and visit i Tech over there.
Or if you're on mobile, simply buy a iTunes gift card or google gift card

@Alienbeef0421 you can also (propably) get this game through G2A it's cheaper than steam version, but it's uselfull when you don't have much money. Only thing is that I'm not sure that G2A is avaiblye in Philippines. Or you can get android version and run it via bluestack on PC. I suggest you second option, because all money are going then to Jundroo.

Someone has finally saved me from hell.
I used to ride Android pirate until I reached platinum. Since I don't have a bank account, it was nearly impossible to buy SP. Eventually, it happened that a friend who has an account owed me 20$. I bought SP through his account. Same happened when I was buying PC version. Many pirates are not pirating by choice, but because they have no other way of buying the game. Since the living standard in Philippines is a bit lower than in Serbia, I understand Alienbeef0421.
