This year it's been a lot of Lord Huron, Ludvig Forssell (Death Stranding), Woodkid (Death Stranding 2), Joel Nielsen (Black Mesa), HL2 + Episodic tracks, and Max Richter (Ad Astra).
Also recently got into listening to Daver's tracks for Black Mesa: Blue Shift.
I listen to a lot of classic rock and early metal. Some of my favorites include Van Halen, AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Ozzy (rest in peace), Iron Maiden, Motörhead, ZZ Top, and Guns N' Roses. That definitely doesn't cover all of it, but it gives you a good idea.
I also love hip-hop and rap, with most of my favorites coming from the 90s (albeit with some exceptions). I listen to lots of gangsta rap from that era—think 2Pac, Biggie, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, E-40, DMX, etc. Outside of that subgenre, I also like Outkast, Run-DMC, early Eminem and 50 Cent, the Beastie Boys, among many other artists.
Aerosmith is a great shout. Have you heard the version of Walk This Way with Run-DMC? That combination shouldn't work, but it does.
@jamesPLANESii Hello there, Sir Jamesie McPlanesie the 2st.

I think heavy metal is the only genre I don't listen to. Buuut my favourites are the ones who are pretty chill like Bon Iver
