So one day i was exploring the SimplePlanes storage file (Internal storage/Android/data/com.jundroo.simpleplanes/files)
And i opened the AircraftThemes file. Then i discovered a hidden theme called "Ortho" which was set to hidden by default (hidden="true" in the file).
So i decided to make it false and when i got to simpleplanes, nothing happened. And when i checked back to the file, it simply make it hidden again.
So i completely remove the hidden="true" text and went back, and same thing happened. The text appeared again in the file.
So i duplicated the theme, renamed it, and still. Nothing happened. The damn duplicate dissapeared.
So i copied the colors and pasted it into the custom theme, and damn. Nothing.
So there is one more working method, And that is to manually input the colors to the designer, and it worked. And this is the results.
So this is just a cool little easter egg on SimplePlanes and i hope this gives you a little more knowledge of the history and souls of SimplePlanes.
@V @scratch @BMilan I tried and the results are disappointing. Everytime the game launches, it would reset all of the values back to how it was. Though, I haven't tried swapping out the file with the modified one mid-game. I'm a little busy at the moment so if you'd like to try it out, then feel free to do so.
Edit: the file you are looking for is located at C:\Users\ [your current username] \AppData\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimplePlanes

That would explain why on some glitched posts, or posts that use Mod Parts, there’s areas of color in the orthographic view!

@BMilan hmmm, that makes me wonder, if that's truly the case then i'm going to try and modify it to show a different color. though i'll have to keep a back up of the original in case something bad happens.
This is probably the color theme that game uses when it creates the orthographic images for the uploads. Very interesting find.
