Any ideas for Slavic/Soviet food items?

I need an idea for some food items, Here is what i exclude:
Caviar (pretty much anything that has alot of items in it)

Complex shapes (like leaf/lettuce like shapes)

Things in glass, like strawberry jam, anything thats transparent

THEY MUST BE ORGINIAL

    I believe it originated in Scandinavia but it's eaten in several Nordic countries
