@LimeAir Remember you are allowed 3 submissions, and you have an entire month to go, so you should spread your time and effort out wisely (Unless you plan to only submit 1?)
@AdmiralGelvain I did not, I sent a message but deleted it. Now to answer your question, I dont know how to send presets, I just downloaded reshader actually, to take the photos for this build. If you would tell me how, I would happily share.
@Gabriel747 It is a real plane: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fuji_T-1
The cartoon effect (And the other images too) was created using an effect in RESHADER: https://reshade.me/
Here is a doc on reshader if you want to try it by NumbersNumberTheMan: https://docs.google.com/document/u/2/d/e/2PACX-1vSr9xamR3COezLy2rLoTcSaGdza6i1uHmBL9e9JDk0rTtHexDrUtEeSulStv8h1-QQsuA-p77-zji/pub
@WinsWings You only saw half of it! Now with a fully formatted SimplePlanes post! I did tonnes of research on the plane, but that can't even compare to the web surfing I did to find out how to do all that stuff! If anyone wants to learn how to do what I did in the SP post, here is a concise document: https://www.simpleplanes.com/Forums/View/198926/Markdown-Formatting-test-explanations
@Jetmaker Oh ok, I understand then. Great to see players participating. I cant wait for the deadline day to come! (Though you guys are probably dreading it)
Is there any code that would turn on a beacon light whenever a weapon is fired? Like: Guns firing, red light turns on and holds for however long you are firing. And for missiles, light flashed when missile fired?
Ill test it out I hope it works for me 630 points, I recently posted a challenge (Still open) and it got me a ridiculous boom of points! I didnt realise how many people are just willing to pounce on challenges the hour it is posted! (I literally got 2 submissions the day I posted it)
Wow, @Leehopard, the inspiration for this challenge, the one who's airplane I used for the cover image and linked to in the description, has spotlighted and upvoted my challenge!
To further help new players a bit, here is a HUD display for you to use in your submissions. The code is way too advanced for most players, including myself, I got it from another plane. To edit the size and position, you will need to use the fine tuner mod. Go to the main menu, select "Mods", then select "Fine Tuner" then in the box that pops up, "Enable". Now you will find a button in the bottom right of the designer next to the play button to access the fine tuner.
Some more advice: I suggest, even if you are 100% happy with your aircraft, that you wait until a few days before the due date before publishing it, so that if you have a sudden inspiration or want to make any changes, you can do so easily. Just give me a comment first if you are joining, so I know how many participants to expect roughly.
@LunarEclipseSP @Gabriel747 @Shifter @KtaAviation @CR929thenewSPplayer @NoblePlanesLTD And any other person viewing this challenge, THE RULES HAVE CHANGED SLIGHTLY. Only new submissions allowed, no submitting old builds. Submission maximum changed from 2 to 3. Marking Criteria. The description above has been edited to reflect the changes, I suggest you read them again. Apologies, but as I have just posted the challenge today, I am still realising some errors and improving the challenge.
@NoblePlanesLTD Hi NoblePlanes, I noticed your 2 submissions are old aircrafts made by you before I posted this challenge. Because I did not put the rule that it must be a 'new aircraft specially made for the challenge' yet, you can choose whether you want to keep the submissions or replace them with new aircrafts (I wont count the original as a submission if so). NOTE: This is only for THESE TWO submissions.
@windshifter1 Also, I believe you failed to mention that all lines of code must be written in between these brackets: {} Anthing written outside of the brackets will just add on as normal text.
Very helpful guide, but there is one error. To access the name of the selected weapon, the code is {SelectedWeapon}, not {SelectedWeaponName} as mentioned in the Inputs section.
@SourDoughBread Yes the minimap in the airplane. It switches slides and scrolls out when you leave islands. It is what I have wanted for the entire time I have been playing SimplePlanes, no kidding. I have finally found it in your plane.
@AdmiralGelvain Here is my post showing how to achieve the effects: https://www.simpleplanes.com/Forums/View/1767211
@AdmiralGelvain I dont have discord sorry. I will make an SP post about it showing you the settings I used and link it here.

@AdmiralGelvain Yes I did use reshade, (MXAO effect and MagicHDR effect if you want to know). Do you have reshade?
@WorstPlaneIEverMake post it even unfinished may get marks for effort (and anyway any decent submission gets an upvote)

@PlaneFlightX Nice work then, very good job. Can you make a seperate version for us to install in our own creations?

@SourDoughBread You said in the description @PlaneFlightX made the minimap
@Jacob30x Here are some tutorials to help you make a cockpit:

You should also watch other videos from that guy's channel on simpleplanes, they really help
@Jacob30x Ah! Here is a great video for you to watch on that. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XadzaCZXzB0

Would altitude be: (Altitude > X ? input : 0) ?
@LunarEclipseSP I would be honoured if you joined
Thanks for being the first to upvote LunarEclipseSP, will you be joining?
